They have a terrible support team. They have not resolved my issue since May 17. They asked for a screenshot, and I sent it. They asked for a video, and I sent that too. Now they’ve stopped replying altogether. I can’t save the link. I’m reporting a bug in their system, and instead of fixing it, they won’t even respond.
The best shortener ever, super intuitive.

I’ve used Switchy.io for a while and love it! The metrics are super clear and feel as organic as checking stats on a Facebook post. I haven't integrated Facebook Pixel or google tracking, but glad its on there. link cloacking works great. Support is friendly. Highly recommend for easy, insightful link tracking.
Their Sales team has bombarded our company with dozens of Calendly meeting requests without any indication that anyone on our team wants them or any real engagement with their team.
Worse, these invites range from 2:30PM to 1:AM with many being on the same day.
I've never seen a sales team so desperate - I'd never use their products if they're willing to spam so heavily.

Switchy.io has been a valuable tool in my arsenal. Not only do I use it in my personal life for link shortening and smartpage (think link.tree) but also for my work. It is a solid tool that has never let me down. The geek in me would like more frequent updates but the business man in me appreciates the stability and unfaltering reliability this tool provides. Plus whenever I have had to reach out to their team I get a timely response and it is a real human on the other side. Great tool and you will not be disappointed
switched from peek. ink because of the lack of features provides, and the dashboard is not really useful in peek. link whereas Switchy provides domain customisation and pixel targeting.
Recently signed up for this URL shortener/tracking service and I am loving it. Clean layout, easy to use. Now I know how many people are clicking on my links!

I was looking for an alternative to Bit.ly since they aren't cheap for what I need and they are kind of associated now with spammy links.
Switchy did the trick. It's a simple but robust little platform and the team behind the scenes is great too, although you never have to contact them because it all just works. Really liking this so far.
It allows you to use pixels and tags and all sorts of other metrics. The dashboard is clean and allows you to make folders to organize all of your link categories. You can make separate workspaces too for clients or other companies. They are young and seem to be improving as well. Super stoked with these guys.
Recently got an account at this service to make short links for my social media posts, it's very solid service that works!
Great features for tracking clicks and the option to use many custom domains.
Support team is responsive constantly working on new features to be implemented.
