Doctor's failure put my health at risk

I was victim of an identity usurpation. The doctor was switched without my knowledge or approval. They refused to give me an explanation. They thought to easily fool me because the two doctors had the same last name.

Dr Rajeet Singh neglected to review my blood test in a timely manner and/or failed to detect an infection of the urinary track and kidneys. I ended in emergency a few days later and was taken care of.

After such a failure from Dr. Singh, I canceled my appointment and requested my ultrasound test to be posted on my portal and sent to my PCP. His office refused. I filed a complaint with BBB and I am going to file a complaint with the AZ Medical Board and my insurance company. Such behavior put my health and my life at risk not his!

my husband has been a patient of Drl…

my husband has been a patient of Drl Paul Lui's for over 2 decades. He is a most knowledgable nephrologist. Dr. Huo is also totally awesome. They have a lot of trouble keeping their staff and I cannot figure out why that is. Upper management? IDK but it makes it very hard for these doctors who are overworked; who travel to much of southern arizona. my husband's experience with him is outstanding but staff is another whole issue.

Good afternoon to everyone that work for the Southwest Kidney Institute Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very very very wonderful day at work ok smile. In ending I just want to tell all of yous that the below people made it very possible for me to have my scheduled appointment with Dr Sikder on 02-22-21 to Followup on my CKD at 4PM and also Dr Sikder'S wonderful appointment was very very very Professional Helpful and very very detail and very Caring to me too ok smile. Last of all I must say that Dr Sikder'S Vist Summary was very Excellent and I believe that all doctors should have what he has as part of their Practice vist etc ok smile. Finally below are the names that I mentioned that also help get me connected with Dr Sikder in order to have my appointment and both of them are always so very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me to me.Oh by the way Eric Munoz the Manager of the Southwest Kidney Institute and all her very wonderful Staff members are the very Best Management and Staff Team that I have ever seen since I have been a Patient of the wonderful Dr Sikder for a few years and counting ok smile.

Incompetent and rude office staff. Dishonest billing

Incompetent and rude office staff. Prescribed a diet that almost killed me. Misdiagnosed an infection as gout. Insisted on lab work that had already been done. Overcharged me, and ignored my requests for a refund of the overcharge. Ignored letters from BBB and Attorney General regarding the overcharge. I'll never go there again.
