Bought my Harley from Sykes this week and I have never had service like it. From spending countless hours helping me find the right bike that was perfect for me through to the hassle free delivery, never experienced a customer service experience like it before. Stands head and shoulders above the rest. A few friends have bought bikes from Sykes in the past and I was unsure as it was a fair distance from me, but after this experience I wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else in the country. Top service, great team and really customer focused, delivered my bike in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier.

A bit late with my review, but I bought a Black Street Glide from Sykes Harley Davidson earlier this year.
I delt with Jordan who was excellent and so were the rest of the guys there, made everything effortless.

Over several years of H-D ownership I have visited a great many H-D dealers in my quest to find a company & staff that actually have a real interest in looking after their customers. Maybe I have been unlucky, but I have never yet felt that I have received a satisfactory service from any... That was until my first visit to Sykes H-D in Lewes around 2 years ago. Since my first visit there have been many more & I am very pleased to share that the wonderful staff have been an absolute delight to meet & speak to. It means a great deal to be remembered & greeted by warm & friendly staff who are all extremely knowledgeable & always have time to say hello.
I have recently purchased a H-D Pan America S model & have been quickly discovering that the majority of H-D dealerships throughout the U.K just don't seem to have either the knowledge or the interest in this brand new concept from H-D. So after some extensive research online & social media I discovered that Sykes H-D kept coming up as the prefered dealership for this particular model. Opinions were consistent in stating that these guys had a keen interest in the Pan America & that customer experiences had all been excellent!
I have just collected my Pan America from Sykes H-D after having some extensive parts revisions & updates under warranty & I can truly say that from my first enquiry & subsequent booking, collection of my bike from home by Sykes H-D (thanks Gary), to aquisition of all new parts & fitting by the excellent workshop techs, everything went without a hitch & I was kept informed (without having to chase) every step of the way... Completion time was an incredible 5 days from start to finish. My Bike now rides faultlessly with every engine & electrical mod completed & I would not hesitate to recommend Sykes H-D to anyone looking for a personal & professional experience by a company that clearly take great pride in the excellent quality of both their workmanship & their first-class customer service.
