The company is a scam. They will not refund my money, and I bought 64 units. I have tried many times to talk to them. They do answer my emails but never give me a refund. They keep saying it is in process and make other excuses.

Placed an order for a miner May 2021. Received nothing except empty promises until July 2022 when I asked for a refund. They promised a full refund almost immediately. As of October 2022, I have received nothing except more excuses. I firmly believe this company is a scam.

I ordered in Jun and July 2021 2x miners and one antenna. I sent emails but I keep getting that they don't have an estimated date. Now they don't answer my emails and messages. Sent a message for refund, don't fall for them. I will have to report them.

I canceled and since 3 Months No Money Back

Same issues as others, I bought a Helium router in Jan. 2022 and when May rolled around I decided to cancel because they weren't sending any updates and it was taking much longer than anticipated. I filed for a refund at that time and have checked in weekly, I get the same answer. It has been transferred to our billing department and they will send an update. When I ask for a contact or name they defer to the only way to contact them is through the customer service email I was using. Pretty upsetting.

They are not neither ship their product nor do a refund! I don't know why Hilum support them and the website still up!

Absolutely horrible company. Buyers beware!! Do not get scammed like the rest of us. They will take your money and not deliver any product or refund. Has been an ongoing battle now with these guys for over a year now. I am currently in process of getting Federal Government involved as this is just straight robbery on their part.

I purchased a helium syncrobit hostpot on June 29, 2021 and did not receive a shipment or refund

Same problem as all other users: This company is a scam. I paid almost 1000 dollars 1,5 years ago. Never received the purchased product and no refund.

Scam company - if you have purchased off this company I believe you have lost your money.
It is a scam company which takes order but does not deliver or give refunds. They offer many excuses as to why the refund is being processed. But in reality they will out wait you.

I ordered a miner over a year ago and finally got tired of waiting for it to ship. I requested a refund over 2 months ago and they refuse to issue it. I email them every 2 weeks and all they ever say back is "This has been forwarded to our billing department". They refuse to answer any questions in the email I ask and give no other information. Such a scam of a company.

This company is a scam. I ordered a syncrobit miner in April 2021. It’s August 2022 now, and I still have not received any miner.

Syncrob.it is a scam. Waited for more than a year for them to deliver my helium miner and they never did. Now I'm asking for a refund and I'm getting the same "Billing Department" excuse that everyone here is talking about.

Waited over a year to get my miner, eventually asked for a refund. They confirmed the refund but nothing happened. Mailed them a bunch of times and got the same answer every time: problem with the billing department, be patient.

Purchased over 1 year ago. Promises of getting the product within 3 months. Then nothing happened for a year - they refused to give updates. Requested a refund and have been waiting for 3 months and they are refusing to give any timeframe on when we will get our money back. Do not purchase anything from this company. They will just take your money

I asked for a refund got told I’d been passed on to billing department after a month had passed and I received no refund I asked for the contact information for the billing department that’s when they stopped all correspondence and communication I have asked for them for the billing department details each month and it’s been over 3 months since I cancelled my order I had to put in a dispute with my bank and that takes a further 3 months I’ve just 2 months to wait bear in mind they have had my money over 14 months now

I have ordered the miner and antennae back in August 2021 and now it has been a year and nothing has been delivered yet. I had asked for a refund more than a month back and still, they didn't give me my money back even after multiple follow-ups. They just kept saying that we have forwarded your request to our billing department and your refund will be processed shortly but nothing is happening so far.

SCAM!! I REQUESTED REFUND OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND BUT NEVER DID. I EMAILED A FEW TIMES SINCE THEN AND NOW I GET NO RESPONSE. BEWARE!
