I just wanted to thank you for such a smooth service with you and your company. Right from the first interaction with Hannah when I called, I have spoken and communicated with polite, professional individuals, Jessica and Victoria, who have been nothing but helpful.
Even Nick Dash, the driver who collected the cylinders this morning, arrived in a beautifully smart truck and was so friendly and polite.
It has been my experience that it is a very rare thing to find this level of customer service across a company, and I just felt I needed to let you know how impressed I've been.

Uplift of cylinders
From start to finish , your staff have been unfailingly courteous and efficient. The ladies who coped with my ramblings over the phone could not have been more kind and patient. The e-mails I received were very clear .
Your driver, Geoff Nyholt, contacted me both by e-mail and telephone and came at the time he had indicated. It was a pleasure to talk to him.
My only regret is that I am unlikely to require further use of your excellent services . Each and every member of your staff has been a credit to your company and therefore to yourselves.

Used Synergy to collect waste fire extinguishers.
Used Synergy to collect fire extinguishers for disposal. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond with answers to my questions. Web site offers lots of useful information. Collection process easy with Synergy supplying transport packaging and loading of the vehicle.
