Excellent service
I've lost count of the number of personal lease cars I have had through Synergy (I think it is 6). Whilst I appreciate that this only means doing business with Synergy every 2 to 3 years I find that doing business with them is a real joy. I've had the same account Manager for a long time (Glyn) who is really helpful and who always tries his best to give me the best deal possible. I thoroughly recommend Synergy.

This is the second car I have had the privilege to have off Synergy Leasing, they seem to be the cheapest with all things taken into consideration, and I cannot fault the attention given by Glynn who I dealt with my application,all in all a very good set up, give them a try I did and it worked out just fine.

A Perfect Fist Car Leasing Experience
As a mature OAP with previous car constraints, this was my first journey into Car Leasing. After reviewing a number of leasing websites and reading reviews I eventually came across Synergy. The customer reviews were all helpful and positive and they had the EV car I was looking to lease at a competitive price and delivery lead time.
The first contact with Ellie was extremely positive and she readily provided answers to the questions that I raised as a “Newbie”. From that first contact with Ellie, the rest of the team I dealt with Gemma, Jessica and Karen all demonstrated a 100% commitment to customer satisfaction.
The finance lease price was extremely close to the website figure and the car was delivered in mint condition with a full EV charge ahead of the first estimate.
In summary, I wish I had been able (confident) to start car leasing several years ago and would have no hesitation in recommending Synergy to friends and family (I already have !!). As well as being a more positive experience than buying through the traditional dealerships, it also has in my first leasing venture delivered significant financial benefits.
It is now 2 months since I took delivery of my VW ID7 and I remain comforted by the regular emails I receive keeping me updated as I navigate my first leasing journey. When my lease comes to an end, Synergy will be my first port of call. I have already extolled the company to friends without any hesitation.

Jonathan has helped me with my last few lease cars and he's always been super helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. This time, we had a slight hiccup with car delivery dates and Jonathan and the customer service team at Synergy went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. 5 star service.

Very good deals and customer service
Very good deals and customer service. My car was damaged en route when it was delivered. Navinder was very helpful in getting the damage paid for by the delivery company.
Tara was also very helpful in finding the car I wanted and was not pushy like some other companies I dealt with. All in all, very good customer service.

Excellent company. The staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable and they always do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it.
