Beautiful piece! I bought a gold name necklace for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. Good quality for the price. Wasn't sure as the website looks slightly illegitimate but I took the risk as I found the reviews. The name is slightly thinner than I expected and seems a little delicate, but it is fine when it is on.

Extremely disappointed. I was genuinely looking forward to this order, patiently waiting and assuming it was just delayed — only to discover, after receiving a review request, that the courier supposedly attempted delivery last week… to an area that isn’t even remotely mine. No one contacted me, no card was left, no instructions, nothing. The parcel just vanished into the void.

Now, instead of simply receiving what I paid for, I have to waste time and travel out of my already packed schedule to go collect it from somewhere — when I could have just walked into Pandora or any other store and bought something similar on the spot.

Absolutely pathetic handling — and to make it worse, I had to chase this up myself. If this is how orders are treated, I’m done. This is the last time I order from Tabitha. Never again.

Because I needed it to take overseas I queried if it would be delivered in time, before I placed my order. Reply was prompt and the necklace arrived in plenty of time.

Awesome product, beautifully made and lovely font used for the name. I had a silver name necklace made many years ago but stopped wearing it as I prefer gold. I love this one in gold and it’s just as good as my original.
