Good Honest Company, Ignore the 1* Review!
Really pleased with the service from TableTime Sports. I originally ordered a Britannia Bullet cue after seeing a review online, but unfortunately it turned out to be out of stock. They contacted me quickly, explained the situation and offered me the Britannia Vigilant from the same Pro range as an alternative.
Communication was excellent throughout and they were also happy to sort the POOLTIPS towel and chalk that I'd forgotten to mention when placing my order.
The Vigilant is a beautiful cue and I'm really pleased with it, and the Britannia wide 3/4 case is excellent too. A potentially disappointing situation was handled brilliantly and I'd have no hesitation ordering from TableTime again.
Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

When I ordered my pool table light…
When I ordered my pool table light unfortunately it was out of stock but I received an email from the company straight away telling me that I could have a different light or wait for new stock to come in.I chose to wait and they delivered when they said they would, which I think was a very good service.

Friendly staff and great prices.

Initially my chosen cue was out of stock. The correspondence from the site was swift in letting me know and organising sending a replacement. Did have an issue with a faulty cue case but again this issue was quickly rectified. Quick delivery. Would buy from here again in the future.

I have purchased a couple of items from TableTime and they are always excellent. This last time was for some Aramith Premier balls as the ones I originally wanted were out of stock.
