Worst online company I’ve had to deal with for a long time they sent me the wrong colour trousers I ordered grey they sent me army green. They really did not want to take these trousers back even offered me 20% off to keep them it cost me £6.90 to send them back Which had to be a track system. They then stopped me £3.90 for their delivery cost which they will not give back to me even though it was the wrong order you cannot ring them. You have to email them and email them and email them. It took me approximately One month to get my partial refund.

Not impressed with Tactical Clothing. I bought a tactical jacket from them, and while the design looked great online, the actual product felt cheap and flimsy. The zippers were stiff and difficult to use, and the pockets were poorly positioned. It also wasn't as waterproof as advertised.

Dreadful company, 1 month to arrive, 34 leg trousers were 32, rude when asked for delivery progress, then inundated with spam Chinese emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

Ordered a pair of tactical trousers, but they arrived with a tear in the fabric. Tried contacting support, but no reply. Very disappointed.

I think I have been scammed, order a pricey item and have not received. Had a couple emails now getting non and won’t let me log into the account or call. Wanting a full refund

Update: I am satisfied with the response from tactical clothing and have therefore changed my review to neutral.

I brought some pegs from the website for my business. The money left my account and I got an order confirmation email. A couple weeks went by and I hadn't received anything so checked the emails and there wasn't any updates. The confirmation email had no links in it so I had to manually search for the site again and noticed that they had refunded the money the next day but just not given me any notice. Not getting the pegs may not sound like much but as I run an camping hire company those missing pegs meant that I had to partially let down down a customer because I didn't have enough pegs for a couple tents. Not good.

After initial problems everything turns into right side. Contact is quite good if you use landwarriorairsoft email address.

Awful customer service, hugely delayed package that I paid next day delivery for. Was promised call backs from staff on multiple occasions that I never received, refused to refund delivery or provide a goodwill gesture. Rude staff did not want to deal with the issue over the phone said was going to pass to a colleague and hung up on me and refused to answer again. Avoid this company.

They didn’t have a belt in stock that I wanted, so they got in touch via email to see what I’d like to do. Fast communication and the refund was issued in my bank the next day, unlike some places where you have to wait 3-5 days

After realising I had requested the wrong strap for my glasses they were right on it and although they don't stock it are taking the time to source me one, top people.

The saving from using this company was not worth the hassle. They use UPS. Arguably the worst delivery company out there. Very expensive and totally inefficient.

The “extreme weather” was snow on Friday 10/3. The parcel was due Monday 13/3. It did not arrive. No updates were received. The UPS page was not working so no information regarding this could be accessed. The whole day was wasted waiting in. The delivery occurred a day late. Again no notifications were available as the UPS page could not be updated. It was luck that someone was in to take delivery. The very courteous delivery driver informed us that the snow occurred on Friday. He acknowledged that UPS were hopeless at keeping customers informed with accurate facts and that it took three days for UPS to get organised following the Friday disruption.

Item was cheaper than in other outlets and fast delivery.
