Quality Product
From the time I ordered, it probably took 10 days to receive the du-rag, which was frustrating. But this is probably the best one I’ve owned. It’s easily the best in the past decade. I hate to say admit, but it might have been worth the wait. Great product.

Even when the Holidays get in the way, they go out of their way to make things right! Keep in mind, this is a business run by a human who may or may not be in your country and mail sucks - its not their fault and their product is quality and most importantly they always take accountability. Buy.

They are scammers they do not deliver…
They are scammers they do not deliver your package in the designated time frame that they say they offer. My dad ordered my Christmas pants last month and we still haven’t received no type of shipping update I don’t not recommend at all and if I don’t receive my pants before Christmas we will sue them for false advertising and I’ll make sure there website gets took down!!!!

I only get my bonnets and durags from this site/store and all last order was lost in transit I emailed them about it and they sent me a new one within the week Very good all around the board.

I love the durags and bonnets but my bonnet is getting a little loose after a while of use and I would love to see a tightening feature on the bonnets some day :)

very upset
it says 5-10 days for shipping and i have been waiting 15 days so far. i contacted customer service via email as well as DM through instagram and have yet to receive a reply. i am extremely frustrated. i ordered a durag for my boyfriend for a gift and it won't even be here in the fact that there is no tracking number on my order as well is odd to me. i just want my package ! guess i should've read the reviews before ordering. i will update when i receive the durag!
