Don’t use this company. They send you the wrong items and then don’t respond to any communication. Their telephone numbers don’t work either. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Avoid at all costs. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Bought two Lacoste polo's via Wowcher, from Tag Deal. One shirt arrived which is miles smaller than the size label, the other hasn't yet turned up at all. The returns process involves paying postage from the UK to Ireland. Avoid Wowcher and TagDeal, if you don't want to waste your time and effort!

This company TAGBORNOTD is a scam. Utter scam. Do not waste your time or money. The items are very affordable but you’ll never get them. The email doesn’t even work.

Ordered a pair of sketchers as shown as a great deal but never received the items and wrote emails and tried ringing but got no reply’s . This is a total scam dont go near it

I purchased a wowcher voucher for some mens boxers to use with this company. They sent the wrong size and have ignored all my emails asking for them to rectify their error. Avoid this company. I have informed wowcher

Ordered some Calvin Klein boxers which never arrived despite contacting them 3 times and wowcher also contacting them got absolutely nothing back. Absolutely awful company with no way of contacting them. Will be doing a charge back with my bank.

Total scam this so called company. Whilst my 15year son was in Hospital , I suggested he looked for some new clothes to cheer him up. He chose a Sergio Tacchini hooded sweatshirt with zip. This was the 24th October, the money was taken from my bank and we are still waiting for this item. I've contacted these scammers on numerous occasions and no reply.

This is a scam site! Ordered something in the middle of August 2025 and still have not received it’s now October 31st. Contacted them end of September and they said would it would be a week or so and never arrived

I have waited nearly 6 weeks for an order to arrive, having chased TagDeal numerous times. Today my order arrived and they have sent me the wrong items. I’m now attempting to communicate with them to have the order rectified but I don’t expect to get far. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be lured by the prices.

Sorry I have to give 1 star, it should be zero stars . Do not waste your money on this unscrupulous outfit,they have had my money for around four months,every time I email complaining, they tell me the order is in transit. This company should be struck off.

absolutely disgusting. £75 down the drain. they false advertised polo ralph lauren boxers, full white online but came multicolour. i asked for a refund but they insisted they would only give me 10% store credit? when it was false advertisement. i complained again so they said wait 2 weeks and they will send out the white ones. they never arrived, ive wrote countless emails for a refund but no reply. i reckon they are fake anyways and not real ralph lauren. don’t worry i will be taking this further as this company can not go on no longer

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 24th July. It's now the 24th September and they still haven't been sent.... Have asked for a refund.

Scam company. Also bombards you with unwanted emails (without an unsubscribe link). Avoid like the plague.

Taken the money twice out of my bank

Scammers, what’s wrong with the law, why is this website still allowed to trade when it’s obviously ripping people off.

Sent me the wrong item, returned it and requested a refund. They've been making up excuses for a full year as to why they can't refund £50.

Redeemed vouchers for an order from this company but have not received the items after a month of waiting. Despite several messages sent through their contact page, emails to their support address and phone calls to their listed number; there has been no response. A very elusive and dodgy company. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
