Tailganics Avis 

Was suspicious. Checked my order , saw I was on subscription, which I didn’t request. Emailed and cancelled subscription and checked on order. Got a response and order on its way and subscription cancelled. Then couldn’t get on website. Saw negative reviews. Contacted bank and reported and cancelled card. Money has been refunded. And this morning- the order turned up!
Is the product any good. Don’t want to give to my dogs if it is dodgy?

Do not trust this Tailganics they are a scammer stole $ 699.86 from my bank 😡😡👎👎

Brought once off added to subscription that i didnt approve and then $670 taken out apologised billing issue and now company uncontactable !

**SCAM ALERT**
We made a purchase and followed up ETA on delivery to later find a second charge on the account. We were told it was a "billing" error.
Subsequent communication efforts have been unsuccessful.

Be extremely careful with Tailganics!

I made a one-time purchase, and two months later, they deducted $560 from my account without my permission! I NEVER subscribed to anything or authorised another payment.
When I contacted them, they admitted it was an error and promised a refund. Over a week later, I have received neither my money nor any further response.
Even more concerning, their website now appears to have disappeared!
Taking money without authorisation and failing to return it is completely unacceptable!
PLEASE BE WARNED! I strongly advise others to avoid this company and never trust them with your payment details!

I bought a trial pack of their product then they next sent an order I didn't order and charged my credit card. Initially they agreed to fix this issue and when nothing happened my follow-up emails have been rejected and their webpage is down. be careful.

Got an email saying products had been shipped. Tracking number was fake. Tried calling and number disconnected. Tried emailing and gets rejected! Go on website and it no longer exists so that’s my money down the drain. Bloody scammers.

What a waste of space these people totally pissed off by people taking advantage of average Australians I hope they get caught and get what they deserve they are scum of the earth.
Ordered product took my Money and more no product supplied

Scam site- ordered a one off order and ended up with a subscription that after lots of effort they claimed to have cancelled. However, they just made charge on my CC for $399-contacted and claimed it was a billing issue and would be rectified. Emailed yesterday for an update and email address no longer accepting traffic and website gone. All social media accounts have also disappeared.

Took $400 from my account and said it was a billing glitch and refund would come..
Can no longer communicate with them as they have stopped all emails, and phone is uncontactable..Ripoff scammers..

Don't use this company they are scammers. Ordered 2 bottles on the 5 October which have not arrived and then got a bill for 14 at a cost of $835.01, they said they had a billing issue and that was on the 13th, said they would correct urgently but have since heard nothing l. I see others have also experienced the same. BEWARE

So angry. They charged me over 1,000 dollars for a subscription I never wanted. They promised to reimburse due to billing error and still haven’t received my money back. Have waited for 3 weeks for previous order. Never again

Scam. Cut me off after payment.

I have been waiting for a month for my order. Now through a computer glitch they have charged me another $400 which I am having difficulty getting refunded.

A month ago I placed an order for Tailganics chews 2 packets and I free ($74). Whilst I got 2 emails saying it was dispatched they have not arrived.
This week they told me 14 plus 1 free had been dispatched ($670) which I had not ordered. Queried by email and was told they had made an error and would fix. Nothing done except the amount charged to my card.
Website has vanished and phone has never answered. No replies to further emails.
Will be doing a disputed purchase with the bank. Do not buy Tailganics.

Tailganics do not deliver. I have given up waiting for my order. Do not use them. I have just put in a dispute with my Bank so hopefully the money will be returned and they won’t be able to scam anyone else. The company is indeed fraudulent.

Just got the money refunded by my bank. I just hope they got the money back from this fraudulent operation. Thank you to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Ordered 3/10/26 and realised immediately that I was hoodwinked - couldn't cancel the repeat subscription option. I still have not received the product and on 13/10/26 I have been billed $670 for 14 packets 11 more than my original purchase. !! Surprise surprise - the e store is unavailable and the contact number is engaged!

Dreadful. Charged me $453 and I did not place the order. Defrauding company avoid at all costs.
