Below is an accounting of my experience with this business. It’s my conclusion they are a bait and switch scam retailer. I ordered the Wide Leg Jumpsuit with Pockets.

The garment is MUCH smaller than the size guide stated on their site.
The fabric not as advertised, and
The colour is very different from the photo.

Requested refund or exchange. They asked for a photo of the SKU QR code for proof of purchase. I supplied the requested photo for them.

These were their replies:
“Thanks for your email. We feel terribly sorry for your situation. But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. We will report this to our relevant department and urge them to improve. Your kind understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.”

When I followed up with next steps for refund or exchange:

“Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item.
Thank you for your understanding.”

I’ve got nothing but time, so I will carry on ahead, but I won’t hold my breathe. They have taken my money and called it a day.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has written a review so far! And especially those who said that PayPal took care of them right away, refunding their money. I didn’t even wait to receive an email from this company to respond before filling out a case with PayPal. PayPal instantly refunded me…giving the evidence of these reviews & I am sure the cases they have already received from other customers. If you paid with PayPal they will refund you, don’t waste your time with Taineideocly.

The worst. Sizing chart totally inaccurate. Product connected to false advertising. Couldn't return product, or exchange. Offered me 6USD refund when I spent 44USD. Scam central. Wish I had read reviews for this company first. LESSON LEARNED.

This is a scam. I ordered the stretchy jumpsuits. I am 5'2"---these were so short they rode up my crotch. And they have ZERO stretch. I contacted company and they denied there was an issue. They advertise and show videos of women wearing the jumpsuits and claiming the are so stretchy and comfortable. What I received was stiff like a linen napkin.

This company sucks ass and I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.
Sent me a horrible quality item(not like how it was advertised at all) and they are being super weird about me asking to return it.

This company is a scam. What you receive is not what the website shows. You will not get a refund. You will wait over a month to find all this out.

This “company” is a scam they should never be allowed to promote on any platform! I waited a whole month only for it to arrive with the wrong address on it (which was not placed by me) and was returned to sender without prior notification, no calls or emails. Their response was that i have to pay shipping and product cost for refund which makes no sense! Absolutely useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Well like everyone else here I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed as well order was placed on 4/10/23 and still nothing, wish I had done my research first. Shame on Facebook and other social media platforms for allowing this to continue!!!

Oh how I wish I'd found these reviews before ordering! As with many others, I have found the jumpsuit received is not the stretchy wide leg version advertised, but is a non stretch, narrow leg version made with cheap material.

Why do I have to give a star? This company does not deserve this. Ripoff, scam, do not buy ANYTHING from them. Cheap junk. Their products are nothing like what they advertise, shop elsewhere!

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Bad business bad customer service. False advertising. I ordered the stretchy jumpsuit and got this very thin material that has no stretch. I was back and forth in emails with them apologizing then eventually trying refund me 4 bucks. I'm over it and they don't deserve business.

I duped too..
I was super excited for the stretch jumpsuit, but after a month I received a non stretch, flimsy piece of rubbish. I immediately emailed and they refused the refund stating that I received what I had ordered, but what I'd ordered wasn't what was advertised.
shame on the social media people falsely advertising for this POS company and shame on the company for doing this. PayPal immediately refunded me vs the $5 the company offered me

I also bought the overalls without absolutely no stretch. When I requested a refund they offered me a 3.00 refund to keep them. PayPal provided a full refund right away.

My bad that I trusted al the fake reviews under the ad. I received the sh****est piece of clothing ever bought on the Internet... Falsely advice as a super comfy and soft jumpsuit. I want my money back.

I unfortunately did not google this website to find these reviews before purchasing. I had the EXACT same experience as everyone else. I bought the jumpsuit and got trash, for which they refused to refund my money. I just opened a report with Paypal and they IMMEDIATELY refunded all my money, so PayPal must already be wise to this scam. Won't make the mistake of not googling again.

Just received my “stretchy” Harlem jumpsuit in the mail… It does not stretch AT ALL. Also the straps are not adjustable. This jumpsuit is NOTHING like the advertisements. Very disappointed!

False advertisement! I ordered the jumpsuit based off of the ad. It showed a stretchy wide leg cozy jumpsuit. What I received was a paper thin garbage product. I emailed the company to let them know and to return it. They responded saying "We assure you that our product is of high quality but there's nothing we can do". I ended up disputing it with my credit card company to get the refund.
