I signed up for one month
I signed up for one month, i just found they have charged me twice for £78 on the 24th June. After contacting them they said I signed up for a subscription and said as I was unhappy I could have a discount next month. I wouldn't have signed up at all if I saw the subscription as it is not fit for purpose. They can stick their discount where the sun doesn't shine and better not charge me again. Terrible con artists

Took full subscription fee after cancellation
Paid the initial subscription fee of around £15 which was fine for 4 weeks, but decided I didn't want to continue with the subscription and contacted taioga via their help email address as listed on the webpage within the 4 week subscription period to cancel the subscription - however the full payment (78.21) was still taken. There is no continuity to the customer service, I have had responses from 4 different people and they don't seem to be able to follow an email chain. customer service claim they did not receive my cancellation email therefore they will not refund - though they have received all of the other emails I have sent to the same email address. I have also forwarded the cancellation email to them and sent screen shots as evidence yet they keep asking me to resend it and then have repeatedly refused to refund and have now blocked my emails. I find this despicable as they are in breach of their own terms since cancellation was made within their specified time frame. The next step is to try to resolve this issue through the bank though it is more time wasted on my part chasing this.
