Tajima Direct Avis 

This was my second pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that Tajima Direct fixed. The first pair came back looking brand new and so did the second pair. Both pairs are over 10 years old, and I had dropped one pair and broke the len. Sent them in and after a week my glasses were back and looking brand new.
The quality is perfect, you would never know I had dropped them.

Great customer service, they were very responsive to any questions I had. I specifically tried out their yellow green 40 silver mirror lenses as I tend to fish rivers in shady canyons. I am extremely pleased with how they’ve performed in both low light and full sun conditions. Unlike my previous lenses, I’ve never felt the need to take off my glasses in the late afternoon/evening because I could not see in the shadows. Makes me feel much safer being able to wear eye protection in all light conditions. I will definitely be using Tajima in the future!

My sunglasses (Maui Jim Voyager frames) with the new Tajima lenses installed arrived yesterday, as promised. I have to say that they are beautiful to look at and even more beautiful to look through. They are absolutely stunning. The optical quality is perfect and I'm pretty sure that they are better than just about any I have ever seen or worn (other than Tajima). As you know, I have two other pair of sunglasses that you have done for me that are both still in service with optical quality and quality of workmanship just as good as this current pair. In the past I have gone with the Brown 15 black mirror color. With the current pair I wanted to switch things up a bit so I went with the Gray 15 Black mirror, which is of course is beautiful. Customer service is of course perfect/ flawless as is quality of workmanship, and communication throughout the process. Additionally, the turn-around time from me sending the frames in, to receiving the finished product in return was fast and easy. For anyone out there reading these reviews wondering whether you should try this, there is really no reason to be apprehensive about it. Just Do It, you will end up with the best glasses/ sunglasses you have ever had, and you will get all this for less than half the price of buying a new pair of sunglasses that aren't as good or nice as these. What's not to like?

My lenses are perfectly clear.
They kept me up to date on where they were in the process at all times.
They checked my lenses with their internal team and they did not pass inspection so they remade them before shipping them back to me.
Great job!

Very professional process. Excellent communication, exceeding expectation and great value. The finish product is top of class at a function of the cost compared to replacement.
Used another vendor before who sent lenses at about the same price. Faster, but I damaged the frame during “easy to install”. I learned my lesson

Thought this company was going to be a good solution for my Maui Jim sunglasses that I had cracked the lens on. Upon sending to them they then cracked the frame and said sorry but that’s in our policy that it could happened. Now have broken lens and broken frames and they offered 50% off a future purchase. Thats not even close to good customer service. Be aware.

I had a favorite pair of glasses I needed new lenses for... the frame was discontinued, but found a pair on Ebay. Tajima fixed them up perfectly, and communicated promptly. I highly recommend them. Thanks< Allen Goodwine

Tajima Direct was a great with helping me get new lenses for my wife sunglasses. She had gotten a pair of Maui Jim's a few years back. She really likes the sunglasses but last year had gotten a scratch right in the middle of one of the lenses. For her birthday I wanted to see about replacing the lenses. This was a great company to work with. I emailed them and they got back to me by the next day. They made sure that I got what is was wanting. Would use them again in the future.

I am extremely impressed with the quick turn-around, the quality of the replacement lenses, the reasonableness of their price and the phenomenal customer service!!!

This company is top notch. I was sceptical about sending them my Maui Jim sunglasses for replacement lenses at first but, the new lenses are very well made with incredible quality and the clarity is probably better than my Maui Jim originals. I would highly recommend them for lenses.

I would rate Tajima Direct with 12 stars if that were an option. Tajima first replaced the lenses in a pair of MauiJim prescription sunglasses, and now a second replacement in a pair of nonprescription RayBan sunglasses. AMAZING! I always thought there was no better than MauiJim, and that RayBan came a close second. Tajima Direct has pushed them out to 2nd and 3rd place! Clarity is incredible, prescription match is excellent, customer service is excellent, pricing is very reasonable. Sweet!

Great work. Super fast. These were my favorite glasses. I got them in Italy and was ready to throw them out. Found Tajima Direct online and tried them out. Within a few days, I had me glasses back and they're like new! Will def use these guys again.

Dealing with Tajima multiple times has been the exact same every time.sometimes I used my box sometimes I had them send a box, always timely. Good communication as to when the glasses were in the process.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The value and experience these folks provide is exemplary. It’s only sunglass lenses, but all companies should run like them.
