I replaced progressive lenses in a pair of Maui Jim’s and Costa’s. Tajima’s prescriptions were perfect and the lens quality is superb. The high quality of their product is matched or surpassed by their customer service.

Absolutely superb product, service and support. Never any reason to throw away a pair of sun glasses again, just send the old frames to Tajima and have them replaced with lenses better than the originals.

Was looking for a solution to put prescription/progressive lens in a pair of JMM sunglasses. Found Tajima via a search and decided to give them a try after reading so many positive reviews. I began the process inputing the information that I had, the helpful online team (Jacob) answered all my questions and kept me informed through out the roughly 2 week process. Just go the glass back (earlier than promised) and extremely satisfied with both the color of the lens and the prescription. These folks are a great solution when looking for high quality lens and at a great value.

The extent of communication throughout the process was extraordinary. I felt I had a friend within Tajima looking out for me as the glasses went from me to Tajima and back. Communication was well above any normal processing of a business transaction.

From the beginning, communication was exceptional. They over delivered on estimated timing, and the quality of the lenses remind me of my Maui Jim lenses.

The whole process was easy peasy. I bought the low light lenses and can’t believe how well they work. They are definitely worth the money. High quality product, they are just as good if not better than my other highend lenses (Smith & Costa), and at a reasonable cost. I’m planning on coming back for my other pairs when they need new lenses.

The product, in my opinion, is superior to those supplied by the original frame manufacturer. The Tajima team, from the opticians to the communication team are wonderful. The craftsmanship is superb & the communication team are on their game. The USPS was unable to track my insured package. The team a Tajima communicated with me promptly and stayed on top of the situation and even informed me when my glasses arrived at the post office. Their service is impeccable! This is my 4th or 5th pair of Tajima lenses, and I still highly recommend them. The prescription is spot on and the polarization is the best I have used. Easy shipping to Tajima and easy return shipping, Tajima tracks the shipment both ways. Good turn around times get your frames and new lenses in use. The customer service is awesome, ask any question, including asking for recommendations based on your activities and Jacob gets back to you quickly with a personalized recommendation. Bottom line great lenses and a super team at Tajima. Thanks to Jacob and all.

I was at wits end on my new subscription. I had an older Oakley frame that was not available anymore. I shopped around for similar frame, but they were either not available or just not my style. By a stroke of luck, I came by the Tajima Direct link and I followed it to the web site. This has worked out really well. Just the customer service I have received alone made it worth it, but the whole experience from placing the order to receiving the frames and new lenses back was terrific. I highly recommend this alternative to buying a new set of glasses.
