Easy pleasant company to deal with, recommended

A great company, with interesting assignments.

Some very interesting topics to discuss and debate. A professional company, and one that pays promptly.

After signing up on the platform, my first call was booked, and I loved the entire process, from the call to the consultation to the payment stage.
However, I have not been called for any other consultation since, despite my multiple application.

I recently took part in a research program and had a great experience! The process was smooth, the payment was fair, and I learned a lot—even just by listening. It was really interesting and well-organised. I’d definitely take part again in the future.

Taken over 2 years to do a study with these people. The study itself was quite interesting but it was nothing to do with the middle company which I'm reviewing now.

First problem is you don't actually get paid for your time or travel or offered any water etc. on the day, there's a payment 30 days after the study which I'm having to chase up - I think this is poor.

The communication / response from the company is terrible and is such a waste of your time. Been chosen for a study several times and replied, it's so frustrating. The staff themselves are almost impossible to get hold of and have a kind of snotty superior attitude. They obviously feel they have lots of candidates already and already have your data (see below).

They only become "efficient" and communicative when booked on a study.

Another warning is they actually harvest LOTS of data before the study several times and conduct comprehensive market research with a variety of questions in different formats - so essentially get your personal data and time for free. Disengenous to say the least.

I'm not impressed so far. I hope they take the negative comments onboard and improve.

The research tasks are interesting.
Tasks are manageable between the time stipulated
Gentle prompts from researchers when necessary
Payment is received as promised for the task

Have taken part in many take park research and the team has always been friendly and also well really organized, also have particularly enjoy the group discussion, I always feel listened to and appreciate and genuinely learn a lot from hearing others thoughts.

Just for collecting your data

used to be quite good - whether it's because they have to many people signed up but despite applying for dozens of opportunities haven't got anything in over a year - if you can get on a project they are first class but expect to waste a lot of time and get nowhere

Have been a member for a few years now. Dont expect to get picked for everything you apply for. It all depends on the research and lots of other factors. I’ve been lucky to do quite a few. Online interviews, zoom sessions and in person focus groups. Always well organised and paid on time. Ignore the reviews saying they’re scammers and mine your personal info, it’s not true. Everything is confidential and totally above board. I recommend them highly. A great way to make a bit of extra money as long as you don’t expect to be picked for everything.
