Take Your Time DELTA is the low-stress way to prepare for Cambridge DELTA Module 1, DELTA Module 3 ELT Specialism and DELTA Module 3 Management, offering DELTA success without the stress since 2021. It offers 9-month small group courses via Zoom with qualified, experienced trainers and trainees from around the world. Courses start in September for June exam / assignment submission dates and in March for December dates. The courses are created and managed by Sandy Millin, who has 20 years of experience in English Language Teaching as a teacher, manager and teacher trainer. They are constantly updated based on trainee feedback to ensure they are the best they can be.

Well-Structured and Highly Effective Course
I recently completed the TYT Module 3 course and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The course provided and recommended a wide range of resources and materials that were incredibly helpful for my research — saving me countless hours.
What I appreciated most was how the course is broken down into smaller, manageable sections, which makes the process feel far less overwhelming. The feedback I received for each section was invaluable.
Without this course, it might have taken me years to submit my work. Thanks to Sandy’s guidance and motivation, I was able to stay on track and submit within the timeline we had set.

Taking your time to be in tip top form for M1 and M3
I took both the M1 and M3 specialism modules (achieved a Merit), over the course of 2 years, with Sandy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other DELTA candidates. She is reliable. You know what is expected from the start and she delivers everything she commits to, often going above and beyond. She is not just a teacher trainer but a resource of information, strategies and professional development. She sets manageable deadlines for full time teachers to meet, and breaks down information and learning goals in easily digestible chunks. I have recommended taking her courses to other people who have had even more improved experiences with her consistent fine tuning and targeted strategies towards success in the DELTA modules. Sandy takes feedback to heart and is always adapting to technology, student needs and Cambridge guidelines. I loved the international background of the groups and the varied perspectives on teaching I got from her courses; I am still in touch with my former course colleagues. Best of all was the pace. I could take my time. I felt, at the end, I was thoroughly prepared for the M1 exam and my M3 paper submission was in tip top shape.
