Talking houses was recommended to me for 1, it's Free and 2 very informative. I have done 3 weeks so far and I'm delighted that I registered for this in depth 12 week training course. I was previously in 2 minds as to wether or not I should get involved in the property market, and now so far I am the the right frame of mind to pursue my goals in life. What I like about this product is how relatable Vijay is to what i would say may be the majority of people that are getting into property sees to be. The course provides the most basic information, as well as advancing levels of knowledge. This means its genuinely for everyone. I also really like the community discussion where you can ask questions from mentors and other members. Top stuff.

I had a really bad experience before working with Talking Houses. I dealt with another sourcing company and after around 10 months and five different properties falling through, I almost lost interest completely. There were always reasons why things didn’t move forward, and it became very frustrating.

I first came across Talking Houses in 2024 when I started property training through Property Launchpad. Then in September 2025 I got back in touch with them about sourcing a property. From the start, Mike and Vijay were helpful and gave clear information about the process and what to expect.

The difference was obvious. Instead of things dragging on, the whole deal was completed in less than five months, and we collected the keys at the beginning of February. It was still stressful — property always is — but the communication and follow-through made it a much better experience.

Overall, I’m glad I went ahead with them and got the result in the end.

I am currently 3 weeks into my training course and I must say, out of all the training I have done this is by far the best.
As a newbie to the property industry this training will help me gain knowledge into the pros and cons of certain strategies.
I am interested in Deal Sourcing to raise some capital to start BRRR so I am really looking forward to this part of the training so I can get my property journey underway.
