Take care of your teeth and your money
KREATIV DENTAL describes itself as a State of the art clinic with high expertise, super customer service and very low prices.
It's just not correct
The truth is that it is a money machine!
Already at the website I should have stopped, it is hopeless to operate. The associated Danish contact is certainly not service minded or able to help one quite far.
Immediately when you get the first contact with the clinic staff in Budapest Airport, you perceive that the company is first and foremost interested in getting money out of one's pockets. Once stowed too close in schuttlebussen, who in violently urgent moves towards the next surprise: the hotel!
I have experienced to stay at all the hotels, which the company cooperates with and common to them all is that they are miserable; dilapidated, poorly cleaned, terrible food and very alternating control.
Upon arrival to the clinic you immediately perceive that it is essential for business getting squeezed as many patients through during so short a time as possible. When you are placed in the dentist's Chair, you quickly realize that it required that one simply opens the gap and leave it to the dentist making to do whats necessary.
Communication with the dentist, is non-existent; he is most concerned to speak with his clinic ladies and colleagues during treatment, in Hungarian, of course. Only positive thing is the young people serving us Scandinavians, they do really anything to explain the treatment plan.
Once you have signed the treatment plan, which is very urgent for the dentist, one is reduced to a thing that must take care to keep the mouth open so high the dentist's heavy-handed "treatment" may require to get the treatment over and done as quickly as possible.
And so, incidentally, pay by cash a immediately after it is over. I even to be sent back to the hotel with torrential bleeding from open operations, to come back the day after to further “treatment".
The worst is that the much-vaunted professionalism is not present.
For my own part, it has meant that I, in connection with implant insertion, experienced that the work was so poorly done that it led to periodontal disease in gums and jaw by the implant.
When I complained about the treatment, I found out that the clinic is doing everything possible to get rid of their liability, as they otherwise advertises so heavily for. The clinic is trying, among other things to assert that the problem is caused by your own negligence, etc., so you must really have the documentation in order to get through.
After all this I had to realize that the clinic wasn't apple to do the work professionally correst. I must therefore have my Danish dentist to repair the damage.
Summarizing: miserable work, poor service, tremendously time-consuming and troublesome-and a very expensive detour!
