Avoid this business like the fire from hell. Their customer service is non existent. I had incorrect product sent to me and they didn't even bother acknowledging any of the emails I've sent about it ( total of 6 emails sent to them ) others who mentioned they don't care once they have your money are 100 correct. I will not only be taking my business elsewhere but will go out of my way to tell as many people as possible to avoid them . Not worth any penny I spent. I would rather hear an answer from saying they cannot exchange it than to be ignored all together. Poor poor practice

Positive Shopping Experience
I have ordered 3 products from the website and initially only received 1. I have contacted the shop and after providing some photos of the packaging (although it wasn't damaged), they have shipped 2 missing products.
Good communication throughout, quick delivery and good value for money.
I will be using TanieKosmetyki again in the future.

Pewne i udane zakupy
Przez przypadek natrafiłam na tę stronę. Szukałam produktów OnlyBio które na innej stronie w większości były niedostępne i droższe. Ogólnie nie ufam żadnym sklepom internetowym chyba że można płacić przez PayPal. Zaryzykowałam ( przecież PayPal mnie chroni :)) i się nie zawiodłam. Dostawa szybka i darmowa ( powyżej jakiejś kwoty), produkty które mnie interesowały były dostępne i w dobrej cenie i jeszcze dostałam Gratis ( szczotkę z onlybio)... w 100% polecam i na pewno skorzystam ponownie

Już wcześniej zamawiałam z taniekosmetyki.co.uk, ale przez eBay. Odkryłam, że mają stronę internetową i postanowiłam złożyć zamówienie. Na początku byłam trochę sceptyczna, opierając się na recenzji trust pilot, mimo wszystko zdecydowałam się zamówić przez stronę internetową i cieszę się, że to zrobiłam.
Zamówienie zostało wysłane następnego dnia i dotarło do mnie w ciągu 2 dni. Zamówienie było kompletne. Na pewno jeszcze nie raz dokonam zakupu! :) Różnorodność kosmetyków jakie oferuje taniekosmetyki.co.uk jest fantastyczna! Otrzymałam również darmowe próbki i darmowe tabletki witaminy C -rozpuszczające tabetki.

Czytając opinie bałam się złożyć zamówienie, nie powiem. Zaufałam bo robiłam je dość duże a cena była dużo mniejsza niż w konkurencyjnycj sklepach. Trwało to 4 dni, dziękuję bardzo również za gratisy 🙂
