Tapmagician Avis

I've used TapMagician over many years with great satisfaction.
Today I called re a part which had developed a fault within their 12 month warranty period.
They were absolutely superb in responding promptly and sending out immediately a replacement part.
Fantastic service!

A ceramic valve I'd ordered turned out to be faulty, and was replaced without question. On the phone, the woman couldn't have been more polite and helpful. The replacement arrived the next day. Better than Amazon Prime!

Great prices. Easy to find tap cartridge replacements. Fitted was fairly straightforward. Best of all fixed the leaking tap.

I couldn't use the parts I bought as the whole tap needed replacing, but Tapmagician refunded me in 24 hours! Excellent service.

Above and beyond for helpful assistance with my Bristan kitchen tap. I ordered the wrong valves, returned them and was sent the right ones, but they wouldn't fit my tap handles. Sent them one of my handles which they received on the Thursday, by Friday lunch time I had received a set of valves and some new tap heads which all fitted. Job done. No more leaking taps. They couldn't have been more helpful. My special thanks to Naomi and Jack.

Popped in to get a replacement tap insert. The chap was just about to leave in his car, but jumped out and offered to assist. Once inside he recognised the model, and asked when I had purchased the previous insert. I honestly couldn't recall, so he refurbished it to 'good as new' in less than a minute and refused payment.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Rare these days, but very much appreciated.

Right cartridge, job done.

I needed a replacement cartridge for a dripping bath tap which Bristan were unable to supply. I contacted Tap Magician and was given very helpful advice from both Naomi and Gillian and was then able to identify the correct replacement cartridge which arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. An excellent company to deal with. Thank you.

Very, very fast service. I got a response to my query straight away. I was told what make of washer I needed. Very easy to order it, and it was delivered the next day!! Fantastic service. Will use this company again. Top marks!!!!!!!

First class advice on the telephone, straightforward ordering and excellent delivery - spot on!

My kitchen mixer tap was leaking, well it let go, turned the water off. I went round approx six plumbing out lets, none could help with replacement cartridges. The only advice was buy a new tap. One plumber told me to try tap magician, which I did they sorted the problem out, my mixer tap now works well No drips or Leaks. Thank you

Our Wren Kitchen Oceanus tap was leaking around the handle, n online search brought up Tap Magician straight off, replacement set ordered and received in less than 48 hours.

Realising that if one cartridge was leaking after several years the other may go soon, so we ordered the set, just in case. The pack even came with a written instruction on how to replace the cartridge, and even a link to an online video in case one needed it.

The tap handle is secured by a 2.5mm allen grub screw, not many would have that size, but Tap Magician provides it at a small cost.

So for the cost of repair kit and allen key (<£40) we repaired a tap that would cost over £200 to replace.

Excellent service, fast delivery and perfect items. We would certainly use them again. Altogether a five star experience.

Wanted to convert a tap from pressure to quarter turn cartridge. After a slight misunderstanding the sales team sorted out the correct kit and this was ordered and installed. Worked first time and the installation was very easy. Two tap handles less than half a day.

Exactly what I required, prompt service and excellent guides available if required

Excellent speedy service!
Tapmagician were patient and checked thoroughly with me that I was asking for the right component.
The part came speedily and was exactly what I wanted.

As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer I've used Tap Magician on many occasions over the years. The staff Jack & Naomi have been very helpful in sourcing odd cartridges for me. I have just ordered and received their trade pack of cartridges. I would highly recommend. Also on most occasions if you order by 3pm you get the package the following day.
