Brilliant shopping experience. Helped me find the correct cartridge for our shower and had it for less than half price of other stockists

Spent a while searching for replacement 1/2" x 32 x 47mm Cartridges for a Hapilife kitchen mixer tap. Finally came across Tapmagician who had them in stock and placed my order. Excellent service from start to finish.

brilliant company and website, tried all local companies to find correct tap cartridges to no avail
went on tap magician website entered dimensions, ordered, two days later items arrived.
fitted no problems at all.not worth looking around just go to this company you wont be disappointed
HIGHLY RECOMEND

Someone made a mess with replacing the cartridges in my kitchen sink tap, wrong cartridges, wrong handles and threw away the chrome shrouds. I had no idea of the tap manufacturer or model. I sent a phot of the tap to Tapmagician and after a couple of emails they sent me the exact parts I needed. It’s again a new tap. I cannot praise enough their service and support.

Great service. Quick delivery and product was exactly what I needed.

Excellent speed of service over the Christmas period, thoroughly recommend these guys

Very quick delivery; tap cartridge was exactly the one I wanted and was easy to fit (even by this 90 year old with arthritic hands). Thanks for good service.

Quick delivery over the Christmas period and tap cartridges fitted well and have instantly stopped the constant drip-drip-drip.

This company gives outstanding service.

They took up my what I thought was a trivial issue without fuss and solved the problem with a thirty second phone call.

Perfect

Quick service. Helpful on phone

Good information to select spare part, quality part & delivered quickly.

Very fast, delivered in less than 24 hours Royal Mail first class post, CD cartridges for Bristan tap which Bristan themselves had been unable to commit to a delivery time for the previous 3 weeks.

Plus they were incredibly patient with me when I rang up with a number of quite stupid questions (due to a installing without my glasses on & not reading the literature)!

Recommend highly & will definitely use again!

Awesome experience
