If I could give no stars I would. I order 4 months ago and my order is "still awaiting fulfilment"
I have emailed twice requesting a refund and had no response. Second one was sent today so lets see how I go. Next step is reporting them as a fraud.
I seriously think this company is just taking money and has no intention to ever fulfill their orders

These people are dishonest. They have my money since September 23 and do not answer my emails. Please warn everybody not to support these radically unbusinesslike and corrupt customer abusers.

If I could give Tappy a zero rating…

If I could give Tappy a zero rating, I would. I placed an order in November 2023. I was not expecting it right away given the holiday and I had successfully ordered Tappy products in the past. It is April 3 and I never received anything despite repeated emails asking for a status of the order. Back in January, they were responding to emails. Now they don’t even respond.

Terrible Company. Terrible Experience.

Placed my order and credit card payment was processed. Order was supposed to be shipped within a week. After a month without it being processed I reached out and they asked me to be patient as they were backlogged with orders. After two months I reached out again and I received an irritated message telling me that they told me to be patient. I asked for a refund and they refused. Eventually had to go to my CC company to have charge reversed and never heard from Tappy Card again. Terrible Company

Scam / Fraud

Ordered in September 2023. We are now in March 2024 and nothing.
I can’t believe they are still advertising with Meta. They need to be stopped.
It’s a complete scam. I tried to locate the owner on Linked In and got fobbed off in the same way.

Save Your Money - DO NOT PURCHASE

Do NOT purchase from this company it is a SCAM! I placed my order over FOUR months ago and have not received anything but false promises.

Order and Support Timeline
12/4/23 - Initial Order Placed: Order was placed for a custom Tappy Card to be used for my small businesses. Card valued at $49.99. A Discount Code was Used “HOLIDAY30” to take $15 off the purchase. With the discount and $6.99 for tax the total was $41.98
1/9/24 - First Assistance Request: “I placed an order over a month ago for a card and I have confirmation of my order but nothing else since then. Has my order shipped? Where is my order in the process and when can I expect an update as it has been over a month with out communication?”
1/10/24 - First Response: “I would like to deeply apologize for the delays in shipping. We’ve just hired new employees and should be caught up on all back-ordered orders this week. Thank you so much for your patience as we manage our logistics delays. Happy to include a complimentary clear tappy card in your order as an apology for the delay. We will prioritize your shipment and include a free gift. Raz | Tappy Support”
2/2/24 - Second Assistance Request: “I placed an order almost TWO MONTHS ago for a card. Where is my order in the process and when can I expect an update as it has been over a month without communication? I was contacted by Raz customer service a month ago who said "Happy to include a complimentary clear tappy card in your order as an apology for the delay. We will prioritize your shipment and include a free gift. Raz'' Please provide me with an update as to where my order is.”
2/2/24 - Second Response: “We sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience. Throughout this week, we've been dedicatedly addressing a substantial volume of delayed orders. Please be assured that by the end of this week, we will have successfully caught up on all outstanding orders, and they will be shipped promptly. Joelle|Tappy Support”
2/21/24 - Third Response: “ We deeply apologize for the extended delays in shipping your order. We have escalated this matter to our management, who are diligently working to fulfill and expedite the delivery. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by these delays. Joelle|Tappy Support “
2/20/24 - Third Assistance Request: “This is my third contact attempt. I was promised on 1/10 that I would get a second tappy card free and I was promised on 2/2 that the order would be shipped by the end of the week and it was not. Please let me know when I can expect my order and if it is possible for me to be refunded as this item was ordered almost 4 months ago.”
3/5/24 - Fourth Assistance Request: “This is my fourth and most likely final attempt to reach you. I have been waiting on my order for over 4 months and at this point fully don't believe I will ever receive it. I have received 0 help as a result of these contact attempts, just more promises that remain empty. Please refund my order as I am no longer interested in your product. After reading the plethora of reviews online it appears your company has become a scam. It's quite upsetting to see the way people have been treated and the money they have lost. Scamming people is never okay, but most of your clients are small business owners trying to make ends meet, that's even worse. I will be leaving reviews of not only the product that I still have not received after four months but of the service that was non-existent as well. I sincerely hope you reevaluate your choices, what you're doing is not right.”

FRAUD

As with all the reviews here, I wish I had read these before purchasing and believing the rubbish I'd seen on social media!

The product / platform looks great but the company is fraudulent, I have been waiting 3 months and have not received a thing, other than a reply from 'Raz' (whoever he is) telling me I'm not eligible for a refund and that they are 'working hard to fulfil the backlog of orders they have'! (yeah right!)

It's a joke, the company clearly doesn't exist!

Save your time / money!

They will simply steal your money. Avoid.

Should have checked the reviews. Clearly this used to be a reputable company (was recommended to me by several trusted colleagues) but they are now just not fulfilling any orders, just taking your money. I did at least receive a response to my email and they said that all delayed orders would be sent out last week but I’m not holding my breath. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT: Order never fulfilled, excuse after excuse after weeks of waiting, email after email, a continued refusal to issue refund even when within their own refund window policy. Not BBB verified. Highly encourage anyone thinking of purchasing wirh this fraudulent company to first read the plethora of negative reviews and experiences on multiple websites from reddit to X. Save your valuable time and money.

I wish had read these reviews before buying!

I ordered 2 cards on 3/10/23 and still nothing 23/1/24 they seem to be dishing out the same rubbish excuse of 'new employees' and that is when they do reply!

a lot of emails have been ignored.

There must be something we can do if they are taking everyone's money and not sending any items?

Orders not shipping

This business seems to have crashed and burned themselves. I did my first Tappy order in Jan 2023, ordered a custom card and a sticky dot. These arrived in 6 weeks (could have been faster) yet arrived. The software is easy to use and worked well. The custom card still works, and I damaged my dot. So I ordered a replacement dot in October 2023, as of today 18/1/24 it never arrived. I've followed up with their support to be promised it will ship ASAP, excuses that they had no staff, when asking for a refund. Flat out claim no can do.

What happened?? They burned their business.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Order tappy cards for our business they haven't arrived, they wont refund and are not replying to my emails. Live chat gives the same answer over and over again with no resolution.

10 months never received keep getting…

10 months never received keep getting excuses and empty promises for 2 separate orders.
Blocked my account on Facebook when I called them out for it
Wont offer refunds
Aviod at all costs and report them where they advertise.

Responses are repeated, generic and vague. This had been a stressful and frustrating process with two new employees left without a business card for four months. I am now sourcing other options. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of alternatives.

Fake & bad Company, Bad customer service - wrong information on homepage

I ordered over 3 months ago 2 tappy cards with express shipping within 4-6 days for 30€ surcharge … until now nothing arrive … on homepage they are talking about 30 days money back guarantee … that’s a lie …

Customer service told me that I get no refund on extra shipping costs or that I get my whole money back and cancel the order … canceling is not possible … it is my right to get my money back because I don’t get the products until now and I can also use the 30 days money back guarantee I only want to cancel the order and get the money back …

Everytime customer service (which is only one and the same person) told me that u can’t cancel it. The products are until now not being produced … so why I can’t cancel? All messages are annoying and only for playing and choking with customers.

What the f*** of bad company is this?

I recommend everybody to buy no product from them because they are cheating with the customers.

There are better customers outside with the same kind of products.

I only ordered it at tappy because a friend of America showed me this and maybe in the past they don’t play with customers.
