Pleasantly surprised

Ordered RHD floor mats for Tesla Model 3. Was worried about them not coming in a reasonable time frame as per other reviews. I received a notification that they were dispatched within a day or so and they arrived within less than two weeks. Excellent.

Do not trust the costumer care!

Ordered some roof rack for my model 3. it took almost 4 month before arrival. While i was waiting i was contacting costumer care and they was friendly and promised me that they would handle custums tax/fee since i have waited that long.

But when the package finally arrived i needed to pay custum tax for about 80usd to Get the package out, and i did pay and thought since they promised they would not let me pay this fee i thought they would at least refund me later. But no, when i asked about this they would not and told the reason was that i was living in Norway and it was not a part of EU.

So it was just a lye from the start to make me not cancel the order.

Very unserious way to handle this, and i would never buy any from them again!

You know a company is bad when so many customers complain about the same issue.

It’s been a month since I placed an order. A week ago, it finally shipped, though the international tracking number says it hasn’t been picked up yet. Tina Tian tells me, “You can contact the post office to deliver it to you as soon as possible.”

Clearly, she has no idea how mail in the United States works. That’s not a knock on the Post Office; it’s a knock on people who blame others, avoid ownership, and have no interest in customer service.

After I questioned her, Tina said my order would take “a week” to arrive. Yet it’s been a full week (seven days) since it allegedly shipped, and the tracking info remains unchanged.

If you like gross delays with no E.T.A.s, then Taptas is for you.

I ordered floor mats and a centre console cupholder on 17 Jan 2021. Some customer rep called Tina Tian told me it'll be shipped in 3 weeks. After two months, haven't received anything and after multiple emails still going unanswered. Really poor customer service.

Stay away!!!

Order placed on 14 December with expected delivery within 30 days. After 2 months no updates, Taptes has no clue on where my order is.
I have been offered a 5 pct. discount on my next order...😂😂😂

Really bad experience with this…

Really bad experience with this supplier. I bought 3 items. Two of them was delivered after 1 month, not really able to use due to bad quality and the third and most expensive one I haven't receive it till today. My recommendation is not buy any item from Taptes.

Try to return an item just because you are not happy with the quality or the look of it...they make it super difficult to return. then you will be ask to pay 20% penalty for restocking. Absolutely shocking supplier to order from.

Have now waited for a month on some of the things I have ordered.
No updates besides a an initial notification that my gods was about to be shipped.

I understand if there are some delay, but at least inform your customer when there are delays, so they know what to expect.
