Tara is our best kept secret. She sends us a batch of meals, either from her trusted list of recipes or ones we send her way. We receive healthy lunches for our work from home days, the teenagers’ their favourite summer rolls , soups for the freezer and it gives us a break from the stove. We couldn’t recommend her more.

Tara did half a day batch cooking for us & I cannot recommend it enough! All the food has been completely delicious, and easy for us to prepare at home with clear instructions. We can’t wait to book another day so we can try more of Tara’s delicious food!

Tara recently catered for our son’s Christening at home. Tara was a delight to deal with throughout the process. The food was simply sensational. She started us off with delicious canapés followed by beautifully cooked lamb and chicken, accompanied by a range of perfectly matched sides. Every dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection.

Tara worked seamlessly in our kitchen on the day, managing everything with calm efficiency. She left the space spotless afterwards, which was such a bonus.

We couldn’t recommend Tara highly enough - her food, presentation, and professionalism were outstanding.

Tara gave my daughter (early 20s) weekly cooking lessons and was absolutely amazing. Excellent fun and made it all so enjoyable for my daughter, who was able to gain confidence in the kitchen and really incentivised her to try different recipes and gain insight into different food types and nutritional aspects. Tara was always a great pleasure to deal with and hugely professional. Could not recommend her more.

I recently had the pleasure of being at one of Tara’s Dorset Demos. Tara talked us through each step of her well-chosen recipes with great professionalism whilst also passing on useful cooking tips and skills gleaned from years of culinary experience. Afterwards we ate all 7 of the recipes she had cooked for lunch (so come with an empty stomach!) which without fail were absolutely delicious. I left feeling enthused and confident to cook tried and tested recipes which I know friends will enjoy.

Tara is a brilliant teacher. Everything so clearly explained and demonstrated. The end results were delicious and I'll definitely be cooking them myself. She also gave us lots of useful tips about cooking equipment. All in all she makes a cookery demonstration a hugely enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend Tara for anyone looking to participate in an online cooking class. She conducted our virtual corporate team activity with utmost professionalism and expertise. The meals we prepared were absolutely delicious, leaving everyone satisfied and impressed. Not only did we enjoy the food, but Tara also took the time to teach us new culinary techniques, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. Overall, it was a fantastic event that brought our team together while indulging in mouth-watering dishes and expanding our culinary skills.

It is wonderful being given new ideas and recipes that I will actually use in the future. Tara explains everything clearly and provides plenty of helpful tips about cooking, ingredients and equipment. We all had the happiest morning at the Dorset Demo and hope she will be back again soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed Tara's Dorset Demo. Relaxed and fun and delicious recipes. Lots of useful kitchen tips too. Looking forward to trying out just about everything she demonstrated and hope mine tastes half as good as Tara's!

Took my sister along to one of Tara’s Dorset demos. It was a fab class. We all watched, asked questions and admired, while she effortlessly cooked a wonderful lunch as she talked us through all the recipes. I will aspire to repeat it over the summer.

I've just enjoyed one of Tara's "Dorset Demos" days. Not only is she a very professional and wonderful chef, Tara also made the whole experience so much fun. She explained and demonstrated everything clearly, and gave us great tips plus several links to useful websites. Tara's recipes are inspiring and the results were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

I have just completed Tara’s online Vietnamese course Absolutely brilliant and huge fun too! I would never have had the courage to attempt Vietnamese cooking on my own. She was so inspirational, the recipes were all delicious and easy to follow thanks to her straightforward instructions. Looking forward to joining another course in the future.

Tara courses are so useful .Easy to follow , even for beginners like me.I surprised myself and whole families with the delights of Vietnamese cooking .High recommend doing one of her courses .

As a family we took the Thai 6 week course and looked forward to it each week hugely. It was such fun, easy to follow recipes, something for everyone and delicious. Really jollied up the week and has made us more experimental with Asian flavours. Tara is very good at remote teaching, clear and patient and happy to answer questions.
