I ordered items from tarinika October 6th 2025. It is not received yet. Very disappointing 🙁

ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS CRAP?! I've been waiting for MONTHS, and all I get are empty promises?! You guys don't even bother answering the phone! What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you running?! If you can't deliver, then SHUT DOWN YOUR STUPID BUSINESS! Save yourself and your money and go somewhere else! This place is a JOKE! 😡😡😡

The order was placed and almost two weeks go by with no order status from Tarinika. Contacted customer service and was told there is a delay and order will be shipped out shortly. Yet another two weeks later no email from them and customer service representative said delay due to festivals and it will be shipped within a week. Yet again ten days later no status update. Told them to cancel my order and was informed I’d get my refund in 5-7 days. On the 7th day I get another email saying the refund is being processed and will take 10 days! Other than prompt customer service responses, this company has awful ethics and is so unprofessional! It has been extremely frustrating and I did not expect this business practice from a company who has published such glowing reviews! Most likely fake reviews.
Beware of getting a run around with excuses about why they cannot fulfill your order and no feedback. They are quick to charge you card immediately but so reluctant to refund your money!

They were completely unhelpful in processing my return. Every time I emailed in, they tried to get me to keep my items, and blamed me for not starting a return online when 1) the steps were not clear and 2) the online site was not working when I attempted to return my items WITHIN my return period. I was not sure if I wanted to keep the bangles in my order, and ultimately decided to return them, so I called and spoke to someone who let me know to take photos and return them with the rest of my order for a refund. I did that, provided photos, included the bangles in my return and this is the response I got: “We received an update from our relevant team that the return request was not placed for the Aavani Antique Bangles and Lokita Antique Bangles, so we regret to inform you that our system doesn't allow us to process the refund.

Meanwhile, we have checked your previous conversation with us and observed that you will keep the bangles and would like to return the remaining products. Unfortunately, as you returned the bangles, we do not have the option to help you with your concern.”

l spoke with their team within the return period, they HAVE the items I paid for and then returned, and are not refunding me. They are making a double profit off of these bangles. I have images and proof I returned them, I have phone records of my calls with their team, and I have 20+ emails with their team fighting to make a return within the return period. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point.
