Tasmanian Gourmet Online Avis 

I ordered the first edition of the book “Tailored Tasmania” from Tasmanian Gourmet Online while in Tasmania but didn’t realise it was out of date and that the current edition is the fourth. It was a nice surprise to receive the current (fourth) edition (very well packaged) after I had returned to NZ.

The rating is for both, the beautiful hand decorated Easter eggs and the delivery. I left it much too late to order some chocolate Easter eggs for my vegan daughters. Tasmanian Gourmet Online processed my order and sent it off the same day. My Easter celebration was saved and my daughters so appreciated the beautiful hand decorated chocolate eggs.
I am so happy the whole transaction worked so well!!

Order got stuck in customs due to incorrect documentation. I tried contacting customer support but they gave no response. I contacted customs office of destination country and they said sender had given wrong information on some form that I had no clue about. As I had no idea what documentation was sent, I could not do anything about it. I contacted Tasmanian Gourmet Online again but no response at all. The order was a gift for a person but most likely it was sent back to sender. This company is good only till you don’t run into problems after which they disappear. Lost more than $200

I purchased a tasty, mixed gourmet hamper for my son in Tasmania. He lives on the disability pension, so has few luxuries in life. This was a surprise birthday present, full of treats I knew he would love. He indeed did. The online purchase was easy, I was kept informed of the delivery process, and the hamper arrived on the date it stated it would. A wonderful, appreciated birthday surprise. Thank you.

They sent different (cheaper) products (honey), but charged the same amount. When contacted to organise a refund, they stopped answering calls. They also did not reply to any emails. Have to go through Fair Trading to try to resolve this.

Thankyou for the most delicious Australian/Tasmanian cherries. They arrived true to their description, with icepacks - to far north Queensland, still fresh and tasty.
