Online purchase. Arrived quickly and well packed.

I went to Tasmania for a holiday and purchased Tuff Stuff...I was so impressed that i ordered it on line from QLD on my return home and delivery was very quick...a really great product

I paid for 2 large jars of honey - which had to be transported to Melbourne. The jars arrived super quickly - but they were both shattered in transit - so I could not use the honey.
I then phoned the phone number for Tasmanian Market and could not get through or leave a message. I then sent 2 emails asking if I could have 2 jars sent to replace the first 2, or a refund.
The jars were not well packed for transport.
I sent my email 5 days ago and have not heard anything from the company at all. I am really disappointed not to have heard anything back from the company.

I was most impressed with the express delivery of the Tuff Stuff, it arrived the day following ordering. Told a number of friends about the fast delivery (which these day, even with overnight delivery status, it may take three or four days if lucky), and about the item ordered. Maybe I should have rated SIX out of FIVE stars that how how much I think you deserve, well done!
I have yet to use the Tuff Stuff but going on my daughter’s praises (I got two in my order, another for her and one for me) I will be more than happy. Wishing you all the best in your business. Lyn

I have purchased many of the different soaps and they are beautiful. They leave my skin feeling refreshed and soft: and they smell Devine.

Exquisite hand knitted eternity scarf, really soft non-scratchy wool, thanks, I loved it so much I bought a second one.

Delivery was very prompt. I have tried many of the balms in previous visits but this is first time to order online. I thought I had a 10%discount voucher but couldn't apply it.
Lovely product but use very sparingly as can lead to wacky dreams.

Got my soap really quickly excellent service very happy

Great soap. I gave one to my daughter who had a very stubborn stain on a t shirt that she had not been able to remove despite many previous attempts. She was so happy that your soap worked it’s magic & now the stain has completely disappeared.
