Great Support, Though Website Could Be Clearer:
The team has been fantastic to deal with – always polite, prompt, and genuinely helpful with every question. Their communication made the process easy to follow and very professional. The only challenge I found was that the website can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and it would be helpful if it gave a clearer idea of the possible extra costs, like vehicle evaluation, import application fees, and marine insurance. Overall, a really positive experience with great customer support.

The team at Taurus Logistics made it easy for us from the start. The agents were so helpful finding the right solution for us, very patient and giving us all the information we needed. They helped with the paperwork, kept us informed all the way and sent timely reminders. They organized the truck to pick up the bikes, crated the bikes and organized the import formalities in NZ. We only had to pick up the crates in NZ port.

Importing vehicles into Australia is a fairly complex and expensive process but Barbara and Sugandi did a great job of getting a motorbike that’s been in the family for years from the UK to Australia for me. If I was doing it again I’d 100% use Taurus but my advice for most people would be sell your car/bike and buy one here!

The whole process was well-managed, and I was kept informed throughout—great work from Richard and Sugandi.

Highly recommend using Taurus. I was kept updated on the process, they were honest, transparent and assisted almost immediately when I had questions, and I had many ! Theres a few crossroads to negotiate throughout the process from the shipping company, documents to prepare for Aus Customs, insurance and their companies in Australia but it was seamless and stress free, they have all the experience and contacts to make it easier for us.
