Also he is a author of of many books as Tax Lien Certificates, Tax Deeds, quality Land, State and County Research. What makes Dustin above others that teach this trade. Dustin doesn't just teach lien investing online, he has work shops, seminars and groups to live Tax Sales to buy property safely. His training is very resonable. His knowledge has made many studentd Very sucessful. I am one of them.

They have huge experience and went through all hickups so they are the best to ask all kind of question. Kind of experience they have is what made them if not best then next to it.
Videos he makes is short and to the point. I love it. I will schedule a call with them some time soon to go forward.

The knowledge

I was initially excited about this. However, when I talked to one of the team members they wanted me a make a fairly high payment for their services without any proof this actually works.

Yes, I heard the testimonials, but I have been in many scams that provide testimonials and after I make the payment, nothing happens and I end up loosing my money.

I proposed a signed deal where after I make half of the money they wanted to charge I would pay the full amount.

They never spoke to me anymore.

Since I am new to this field, Tax Liens; I have been learning the basics through the videos of Dustin that are much more easy to understand and follow along that the others in you tube

I enjoy the free videos and information. Maybe I am watching outdated videos, but they often refer to attached links or documents that are not there. Otherwise, I am enjoying learning from this group.

What made my experience great is, the easy explanation of topics.
I believe the company can allow free access to more tools and training for newbie.
