I have previous experience learning basic tenets of tax lien and deed information. I had to pay for similar though much less information given here for free. What I paid for was 9 to 10 hrs of banter that I had to dig through and at times decipher, for what the tax lien school freely offers. The information given is truly detailed and nuanced enough to get started. My previous experience was enough, though many pitfalls and mind readjustments that are given in the free information that the Tax Lien Certificate School is excellent in providing up front was a trial and error lesson at that time that practice had shown a good mentor would be invaluable regardless of what level you may be. The comparison showed that both companies would be good. Tax Lien Certificate School just seems to be a bit better in content and delivery. I have much to learn from this business.

I have found the info to be very helpful and easy to understand. I have picked up several websites to use and now want to buy my first Tax Deed.

Great content! I would be interested to know the legal structures you recommend when starting a business of investing in tax liens and deeds. Using a personal bank account for this doesn't seem like a good idea.

I found this company very informative on basic to not so basic information on tax deeds, liens, etc. you need to look out for the types of auctions in the US.

What I liked about this company is that they have tons of information available on the YouTube channel and that they actually have video content is not a 90% video of them trying to sell you something.

Dustin Hahn's presentations have all been very information rich, educational, informative and inspiring. When I decided to take the first step and scheduled a "strategy session" to seek more detailed information on his program, his staff could not give me any details of the program and instead just wanted to "vet" me to see if I was a fit for their program. He said he had no training on the program elements of Dustin's program.

Dustin Hahn provides extremely helpful information regarding the process one must take in order to start tax lien/deed investing! He is able to break down a scary process for some and make it a simple road to buying your first tax lien.

Anyone can start with the info. given. No strings attached! Other TLC and TD professionals seem to be holding their cards close when compared the Tax lien Certificate School. Great info! Sadly the problem I found was keeping your word. The marketing vide said they would provide a "secret tip" if we get on a call. Guy named Brandon called me and was only interested in someone that needs to be 100% suckled (maybe suckered) I can't tell. The guy had ZERO interest in working with self starters. Fact is he told me when I asked about the "tip" he said that's only given on the second call. Bait and switch!
Not giving any recommendations as to using them or not, just sharing my experience.

Through Dustin H's training for tax deed and lien I was able to get a property from Harris county as a winner at an auction with a current valua of around $600,000
The purchase price was $28000 and back taxes of $9125 also paid for the previous owner.
Wonderful experience but one needs to work hard and smart with patience to keep and grow in life.

I found Dustin’s videos on YouTube. I tried to contact him and asked a few questions. Each time I got a reply which I am impressed. At this point, I hadn’t done any deals yet. However, I did feel he and his team were sincerely trying to help those who’d be willing to learn and explore this area.
