Excellent Customer Support and a Great Filing Experience
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with TaxZerone, especially with their customer support. The support team was very helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process.
Whenever I had questions or concerns regarding my California Form 568 filing, they took the time to understand my situation and provided clear and helpful guidance. Their communication was reassuring and made the entire filing process much less stressful.
I particularly appreciate how seriously they handled my concerns and followed up on the filing status. The support team was courteous and genuinely helpful, rather than simply giving generic answers.

TAXZERONE is a very interactive and easy to use online service. There is an online chat person who is with you the entire preparation process for any difficulty you encounter. I had the opportunity to have a call with the chat person to assist during my initial filing process. I am extremely happy with the program and assistance available on a very immediate basis.
