The team at Taylor Brown & Simms supported us in selling two properties. They were very efficient and accommodating to our needs and when we were unsure on a legal representative they put us in touch with a local soliciting firm who have been amazing as well. The team were prompt to update us with any goings on with the sale and were checking in with our solicitors weekly to confirm everything was progressing smoothly.
