I am not going to put to much information on here yet, but we have had serious concerns about the workmanship carried out by the company . I would like to get in contact with Carl Meaker to see how you got on with your complaint.I am based in Northampton so you should be able to find me on Linkedin. From what you said in your complaint , it sound like we may have had the misfortune of having the same workers carry out the works on the spray foam removal. Interesting Steinfield recommended the company to us as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. Oliver took the time to explain everything, scheduled the work very quickly and the guys came on time and completed the work very efficiently, were extremely courteous and left everything neat and tidy. My questions were answered quickly and I was very impressed by the whole experience and would highly recommend.

They were very courteous very respectful and worked really hard and they cleaned up after they’re done so for me that’s 10 out of 10, so thank you

I want to thank Oliver and the team for coming to our rescue as soon as possible. We are selling our dear mother’s house, and we were not aware she had spray foam installed in the loft. This had to be removed due to the potential that mortgage providers wouldn’t lend on this property due to the insulation. All certificates providing to show the work carried out, and photos for me to prove the completed work. Clean and tidy work all the way through.

Job was competed to a super high standard and the team worked quickly and left no mess. I was provided with certificates so I could sell my home and was completely satisfied that it had been removed professionally. Thanks!

This company have emailed me requesting I remove the review in order to receive discount from them. This is in violation of Trust pilots own terms.

They are not a spray foam removal company, they are contractors based in the North of England who send out spray foam "specialists" they don't know to carry out jobs they haven't physically seen themselves, they did an awful job and caused thousands of pounds in damage and were asked not to return due to the unprofessional behaviour and huge amount of damage caused.

One workman fell through the ceiling and almost landed on my 86 year old grandmother in her chair, they have damaged the roof considerably, damaged plumbing, wiring and roof tiles. The workers couldn't speak English much so, communication was almost impossible. They had no "specialist tools" as promised and they have caused almost double the invoice they quoted in damage.

Do not use Taylormade. Do your own research and find a reputable company, they are extremely expensive and unprofessional. Very rude staff in the office called Oliver who sends very passive aggressive messages via WhatsApp and is incredibly rude on the phone. Became upset and aggressive because he was "on a family holiday" that I obviously did not know about and when told his contractor nearly crushed my grandmother he then accused us of "being dramatic" because his contractor fell through the ceiling above my grandmother's chair and caused a huge amount of damage then lied about it.

Totally unprofessional, aggressive and rude.

Everything about this company was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the quality of workmanship they were great. After facing issues when trying to release equity from my property I knew I needed to get the foam removed. That’s when I contacted Taylormade and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing the same issue as I did. They even provided a removal document to put my mind at ease.
