Faulty Good - No reply to email - No telephone number - Avoid!
I ordered a pair of shorts which arrived with a hole in!
I would expect their quality control to be better.
I emailed them about this attaching proof of the fault, to which they reply the next day asking for photo of the inner label and if i would like a refund or replacement.
I instantly reply with requested photo and asking for a replacement.
Then nothing..... no further email received....and there is no contact telephone number for them, you can only contact them through email.
So now with have to do a chargeback with my card provider to get my money back.
Avoid!

Bad, soooooo bad.
Bad. So bad. They are so see through it’s ridiculous. I am so annoyed I took the TVs off first (assumed they’d be fine after a stretch test and the other reviews, but I was so wrong).
Don’t buy these unless you want everyone to see your underwear and skin.
They feel good and don’t move from your waist but I’ll never wear them as you can see straight through them.

Inconsistent Sizing
Beware when ordering from TCA a small could vary from UK size 6 fit to UK size 14 and customer service blame customer for not reading size guide.
I ordered three different bottom options from TCA, following the online size and fit guide, which described all items as athletic fit and provided exact same measurements. Yet what I received varied greatly in size, dimensions and fit.
I contacted customer service asking them for clarity on sizing and to help resolve issue, showing drastically different sized items, TCA's offer of explanation was a size guide is available on website and to use that before ordering. Despite me stating in original email and repeating this is several emails which followed there was no explanation or actual solution.
Three items all labelled as a small, athletic fit should fit the same individual in the same way, If this is not the case it needs to be much clearer on the website.
I've lost any trust in TCA service and products, not only sizing and product details but unhelpful customer service who could not explain why this was allowed to happen.
