Ho comprato un box pokemon 151 domenica 09/02 e il pacco mi è arrivato martedì 11/02 in mattinata, super veloce.

Esperienza pessima ordinato 2 box di Terastal Festival mai arrivati, ho aspettato due mesi e alla fine ho deciso di cambiare per altri prodotti, box ordinati a 59.99€ adesso stanno 89.99€.

Ho preso un pre order di One Piece pagandolo lautamente con un po’ di anticipo. Non mi è mai arrivato un riepilogo dell ordine, uno status, nulla. Contattati su Instagram, mail personale, mail del sito, storie Instagram, commenti su post. SPARITI. Ordine mai arrivato, chiaramente. Grazie a Dio esiste PayPal, chissà quanti ne hanno fregati.

Buongiorno Mattia, il riepilogo ordine arriva subito al completamento dell'acquisto + il cliente riceve una notifica alla partenza del prodotto. Probabilmente la mail ti era finita su spam.
L'ordine non ti è arrivato perchè lo hai annullato prima che arrivasse a noi la fornitura quindi era corretto che l'ordine fosse ancora in stato "pending".
Trovi nuovamente l'articolo disponibile nel nostro store oraq.

On 10.12.2024 I have ordered and paid for 10 terastal festival ex booster boxes. I haven't received an order confirmation until the 02.01.2025. This was after I tried to contact the owner multiple times, who gave me the information, that he did not actually have them in stock and it's a pre-order.
A few days later he added a UPS tracking number to the order. After seeing that my order still hasn't been shipped (until today!!) I e-mailed him multiple times until he answered that the booster boxes could be damaged and had to be checked before sending them to me. He said that he would issue a refund (which I didn't agree with) if they are indeed damaged.
Rather convenient for him since in the meantime the prices have risen from 69,99 (my order on 10.12.) to 94,99 (13.01.2025).
I'm still waiting for my order and would not recommend anyone to buy from this site.
UPDATE 14.01.2025:
The order was canceled without my consent.
UPDATE 22.01.2025
I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded. The owner isn't reacting to mails or social media messages and shows really scammy behaviour.
