I had made a purchase at a really good price but had an emergency so needed to pull out funds, Gordon refunded me my full amount early morning without hassle. I had a good experience despite my own circumstances.

TCG Booster Boxes selling Pokemon Silver Tempest Booster Boxes they don’t even have in stock!
I made the mistake of purchasing a Pokemon Silver Tempest Booster Box from TCG Booster Boxes a couple of weeks back on a Monday evening (so should have received it by the Wednesday) I had to contact them to be told they was waiting for a delivery from DPD for the silver tempest booster boxes which would arrive on the Friday then they’d send them out to me via DPD’s next day delivery, then on the Friday afternoon I received an email saying the booster boxes hadn’t arrived and if I wanted they’d cancel my order and refund me so I’d be able to purchase one from somewhere else, I replied straight away to that email saying if they can’t guarantee delivery before Xmas then to refund me! I emailed & messaged for two days without any response from them so in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal then all of a sudden they replied to me confirming they wouldn’t get anymore silver tempest booster boxes until after Xmas and had refunded me (which took 5 days to clear into my bank account) then I purchased a silver tempest booster box from Amazon which cost me an extra £20 but it arrived the next day in time for Xmas!
Bottom line is if TCG Booster Boxes didn’t or don’t have silver tempest booster boxes in stock they shouldn’t really be selling them until they do! Or at very least state this on their website, not saying order before 2pm for next day delivery as that’s false advertising!
