Good solid product that will out live me and my son. Water remains on the surface of the furniture longer than on wood, plus it seems to keep the heat longer than wood. As long as you know this, no problem!

We ordered a bench with a delivery date in July. We needed this to be delivered early due to the sensitive nature (a memorial bench) and the delivery was brought forward to June. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Ordering was simple communication was good. Delivery driver was very helpful as it is heavy, he even offered to help carry it around the back but we said we could manage.Maybe should have accepted as we needed to get our neighbour to help as hubby is 82. Really well made furniture. So nice we no longer need to put it away in winter.Brilliant we love it

A wonderful service provided from start to finish. Order process was clear & easy to do. Emails to check & confirm the design on my plaque. Phone call to arrange a delivery date & time. Delivery service was great. The product itself is just amazing. It is of a high quality and I’m in no doubt it will last a long time. Great customer service all round
Great customer service when discussing the plaque and delivery to a community point in a village an hour from my home.
Delivery was on time and the driver took the bench to the required location.
The bench is very well made, heavy and came well packaged to avoid any damage.
