This place is the worst. Didn't send over half my order. Called numerous times only to be hung up on before I could even speak to anyone. Website has a contact email you can send, and it says they will get back to you in 1 business day, and they definitely never tried to contact me. I also sent them numerous emails from my email address and no reply back. And I mean that this was during a 3 month period; I did give them a grace period before reaching out again and they still didn't. Beware!

I think it is basically a scam. I searched google images for a particular item; I found the item I wanted was at this site. However, when you go on the site, there are two very different pictures of the item, so you don't know what product you would actually be receiving. A couple of years ago, we received a fake past-due notice from a woman previously affiliated with this company. I would stay away from them if I were you.

I purchased an item advertised as in stock and free shipping for a Christmas gift. A week later I was contacted with the news that the item was out of stock until at least the middle of January. Another week plus passed and I was again contacted and informed the shipping was not free after all and would cost twice the price of the item I had ordered! I cancelled the order and will take my business elsewhere.

Book was very bright and colourful, but the quality of cassette was disgusting. A lot of noise.

Following placement of an order, Teachers' School Supply sends you an email acknowledging the order. There is a web link to view the order status. They don't tell you that the link can only be opened with certain browsers. When trying to open it using Safari, you are shown a page that is not helpful at all, and you never see the order status.

Now that I have found a way to view the link in Firefox, it is possible to review the order status. It would be best if the email explicitly indicated that you must open the link in certain browsers, or provide an alternative way to access the order status information.

You should not have to just go without seeing your order status, because the link doesn't work.

I ordered some of the items for personal use and is was rather good. I had to wait and that is what I didn't like but maybe they will solve the problem.

Everything that I needed to order was available and shipped out in a timely manner. I would recommend this source for all purchases.

Working in childcare, we all know that we are required to have certain art supplies, books, toys and/or manipulatives. It was great to find quality items at a reasonable price.

No idea of the service or the product of the supplies.

I'm wondering if it has been shipped. Aside from that question, telephone service was great.

I placed my order on the 11tth and was told it wouldn't ship untill the 19th. I then sent email to sales rep that was never returned.

I love the price of the tables that I bought with my own money from TSS. Now, I hope I love the actual tables as much. I still have yet to receive them and my credit card has already been charged. Some of the people I've talked to have been very helpful when I make the effort to call and check on my order. Still waiting is making me nervous since my class comes in 6 days.

I would highly recommend teachers school supply to anyone. They were very helpful with all my questions and kept me up to date on my order. I got my order quick and at a great price.

I will not buy from this company again. I ordered on July 14th and I was told shipping would be the 21st. I contacted the company around the 24th to see if they knew when I would receive my chairs I needed for my school. They had no clue.

I received the flannel board in less time than they had projected. The product came in perfect condition and it is just what I had hoped to receive
