You also have full visibility of your payment history and the option to pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly in the app.

Because the subscription was not canceled prior to your next billing cycle, the renewal charge processed automatically. Hi Diem. Thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoyed working with Coach Eugene, but we regret that the billing and transfer process caused such frustration.

To clarify our pricing: all location and court fees are listed at checkout for visibility. Because you opted to select your location later, you were not charged a court fee upfront—this is only billed once a specific court is chosen. Additionally, because our coaches set their own individual rates, transferring to a new coach can sometimes change your total number of lessons if the new coach's rate is higher than your original one.

We completely understand your frustration, but we don't want you to leave your remaining balance on the table. They are still safely active on your account to use whenever you are ready.
