I am extremely disappointed and shocked…
I am extremely disappointed and shocked by how your team handled my recent query.
After placing an order for your Spearmint and Facial Hair Tea, I contacted customer care with an urgent request to modify my order — but my messages were ignored, and when I followed up, I was mocked instead of helped.
I am a genuine customer dealing with a hormonal health issue (PCOD), and your team showed no empathy, professionalism, or basic courtesy.
Due to this completely unacceptable behavior, I have cancelled my order and will no longer consider purchasing from TeaCurry in the future. I will also be sharing this experience on public platforms so other women are aware.
You are selling health products — it is your duty to treat customers with respect and urgency, not sarcasm and silence.
I demand a response from your senior team and an explanation for this poor handling.

At TeaCurry, we are committed to supporting our customers, especially when it comes to sensitive health concerns like PCOD — and it is clear that we failed to meet our own standards in your case.
Please be assured that your complaint has been escalated directly to our senior team for immediate review. We are already investigating the matter internally to understand how your request was overlooked and why an inappropriate response may have been given. Any team member found to be acting unprofessionally will be held accountable.

Teacurry is doing excellent work
Teacurry is doing excellent work. I love teacurry product in which one my favorite is Blue Tea. Blue Tea I love the color so natural and so much blue. Also I know how good blue flowers are for your health - have been using it to make cakes, cocktails, shakes, ice crushers, biscuits and off course the tea. Also have always found it very useful for skin and hair health.

Good quality and customer care service is good.
I am regular customer of teacurry and love their teas. Teacurry make me feel closer to nature and get a feel good feeling if having a having a soothing and relaxing tea. I received my order even during lockdown in my state.

Good quality and listen to customers
I ordered from them in April for the first time and I was very happy with the quality of tea I received. They even sent me free samples to try and feedback form. I also received a call on the feedback of the tea. I felt that they really cared about my opinion which is missing in brands these days. I will definitely order again. Kudos to the Teacurry team for showing that customers still matters in today's time.
