Outstanding professional care from the two paramedics from Citimed ambulance team. They transported my aged mother from her home to a nursing home and the care, compassion and empathy shown was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Team Medic transported my 90-year-old dad all the way from London to a care home in Cumbria. They took great care of him and were very kind, considerate and reliable.

I used Team Medic to transfer my mother to another care home (75 miles away).
They arrived exactly on time and were so friendly, helpful and professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ambulance transfer from Surrey to the West Midlands carried out very smoothly and efficiently. They have just started a new tracker system which was great to be able to see where they were en route to be able to plan t meet them when they arrived at the care home. Very pleasant staff and excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Last week my mum was transferred from a Manchester carehome to a London carehome. The two ambulance staff, Daniel and Jonny, were incredible. They were so caring and lovely and made a long journey fun for my mum. They also stayed for a while to make sure she was settled in ok. I honestly could not fault this service at all. Excellent in every way.

Team Medic's Alan and Lauren transferred our 92 year old mum from East Sussex to West Devon yesterday, in Bank Holiday traffic, and we cannot praise them too highly. Mum was inevitably apprehensive and emotional, and they jollied her through the experience, kindly and respectfully. They were so lovely and we are immensely grateful for their support. Full marks.

Team-Medic moved my 82 year old cousin from a nursing home in Hampshire to one in London. The whole experience from initial enquiry to the move was handled very well. The administration staff were very helpful. The paramedics were professional, respectful and friendly. I would definitely use Team-Medic again and would happily recommend their services if you need patient transportation.

Fantastic service from everyone at Team Medic. Their well-equipped ambulance moved my 93 year old mother from her care-home in London, to one near Wales. The crew were so kind and helpful, and my mother enjoyed the journey. Their ambulances have windows, so she could enjoy the view. And all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The two medics were caring, had empathy and were respectful of my father and his condition and I cannot thank them enough.

We cannot praise the Team Medic personnel enough! The much dreaded transfer of our elderly Mum from Cambridge to West Sussex was made easy and seamless by Daniel and Eden. They could not have been kinder, more helpful, reassuring or professional throughout. The vehicle offered all the comforts and securities needed. They were punctual (half an hour early) and attentive throughout, even to the extent that they made sure Mum was settled in her new environment before they left us. Exemplary. The booking system was excellent and Manager, Marion, could not have been more accommodating or understanding throughout the process. A big thank you to all for the amazing support that we enjoyed on such a worrying day.

Team Medic provided a first class service at late notice to transport my 90 year old mother on a 3 hour journey back to Devon after a severe illness. Mum was understandably anxious about the journey but the crew, Brandon and Jamie, were absolutely outstanding and put her at ease right from the start. They were incredibly caring and professional, nothing at all was too much trouble for them. I really can't thank them both enough for everything they done on the day to get Mum home safely.
Without Team Medic there was no way we could have got Mum home where she wanted to be. From the frantic call I made on Friday afternoon, it was quite unbelievable to think we had Mum back in her own home by Sunday afternoon!

Having found myself bed ridden with severe sciatica and unable to sit I needed transport to get to the hospital for appointments.
Team Medic were fantastic and supplied an ambulance with the facilities for me to lie down.
Clive and Marion in the office were so helpful and professional and the ambulance crews were very kind and supportive.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. They are a genuinely great team.

I arranged with Team Medic for them to transfer my 97 year old mother, who suffers from dementia, by private ambulance from her home of many years to a Care Home in October. I understand that this turned out to be quite a traumatic experience for her but we are most grateful for the patience and the professional manner in which the Team Medic crew handled the situation on the day and the helpful manner in which the arrangements were set up beforehand.

Thankfully, she is now settling into in her new home and we are extremely grateful to Team Medic for enabling us to achieve this move and for their excellent all round customer service.

My 93 year-old dad had to be transported to a local nursing home yesterday, having become immobile after a fall 3 weeks ago, which led to it being impossible for him to be cared for at home in the long term.
His increasing dementia meant that he was most unwilling to make this move. The two Team Medics, John and Sophie, who arrived to transport him in this move, worked so patiently and sensitively to make this journey, by ambulance, a pleasant experience for all, as much as was possible.
They allowed my 93 year-old mum to travel with him and made sure that he was comfortable all the way. In short, their professional manner Helped to make a very sad day so much happier than it could have been. Thank you from all our family.

The Medics showed up in time for the game. It helped us during the all process and He was quick during the injury time outs
