Variation in Price
I would not even give this company one star. I took my bike in for repair and they gave me a cost of £150 when i went back to pick it up the cost was £250 they had not even contacted me to inform me of the price change otherwise I would not of let them continue with the repairs. Then they have the nerve to offer me £1.50 off my next repair they are having a laugh

It appears this review relates to work carried out some time ago, as our last contact with you was in October 2025, around six months ago. According to our records, we quoted £150 plus the cost of parts for the job, so it seems there may have been some miscommunication on both sides.
We also carried out additional repairs for you at no charge to ensure you were fully satisfied, which is why we were a little surprised to see this review 6 months after the work was completed and after we had provided further assistance.
I will remove your loyalty rewards account now and make sure you do not recieve any further communication like that from us again.

+ Item arrived promptly, a good price with an extra discount.
- Unfortunately the item wasn't useable with the bike computer screen unreadable in a variety of weather conditions. I tried to return the item as its useless for task purchased but they were unwilling to accept the return so now in dialogue with the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, electrical items are not eligible for return once the factory seal has been broken and the product has been used. As a result, we would be unable to resell the item as brand new. We trust you understand that receiving a used product when purchasing a new one would not be acceptable.
