I started GC in Feb 21 - expecting to be a size 6 in 6 weeks (I was a good 18) I wasn’t disappointed when it didn’t happen..why? Because I have learnt that the support, the online and gym classes, the ‘live’ information discussions that Dan holds all gave me the building blocks to start getting my weight shifted.
