Lack of growth opportunities.
❌❌❌❌❌❌After investing 1.5 years into this company, it's dihearening to note the lack of growth opportunities. The absense of basic amenities like provision of laptops and dedicated workspace further adds to the challenges. While the concept of remote work is embraced, the sporadic presence of managers, and the absense of direct managerial support, poses obstacles in seeking guidance and feedback. Additionally, the abense of designated managers, with only senior managers present, complicates the hierarchical structure. Overall, this experience has been less than fullfilling, leaving much to be desired in terms of professional development and support.

With their ecommerce services, we were able to increase the sales by approx 70%. Their strategies for PPC campaigns were very effective. They also have good expertise with product copywriting and EBC content. It helped us highlight the features of our product very efficiently.
