This company sold me a ps5 and 1 year in the controller starts having issues and under the consumer guarantees act I should get a minimum 2 years out of a product when I contacted tech crazy they wouldn't solve the issue they basically without directly saying it that were not prepared to follow nz law and sort or remedy the situation so I would 100% not recommend this company

Sahil- the star of the show!

Oh my goodness! I would gladly have entered more stars, because Sahil went above and beyond to remedy an issue I had with my new laptop ( not communicating with the printer). He persevered, was patient, and any mother would have been proud of him. Honestly, he represented Tech Crazy so well. I wish there were more "Sahil's" in this world. "Thankyou" is not enough. Well done indeed.

STAY FAR AWAY

Please DO NOT purchase a laptop or even anything from this store. I purchased a laptop from this store, everything was fine until about a few months later, and I noticed the touchpad was lifting up. Come to find out I had a swollen battery. They ask me to send my laptop back for repair so I did so.

It just returned to me today missing a part that was there originally when I sent it.

I asked them for proof that it arrived how they claim and they couldn't provide me with anything besides 'their word'. They even told me that I can send it back and they'll give me a quote to fix it. What a slap in the face!! I urge nobody to shop here. They also tried to report me for defamation and both websites said it wasn't and they stayed up... lol! No accountability, unprofessional and selective scammers. Please do not be fooled by their fake reviews!

When your laptop first arrived to us, it had already been opened prior to reaching our service centre. The part you are referring to is connected to the screen assembly and was already missing at that stage. Our technician’s work was strictly limited to replacing the battery — no other components were removed or altered during the process.

Even though prior tampering would normally affect warranty coverage, we still replaced the battery under warranty at no cost and also offered to help source and install the missing part as a goodwill gesture.

We regret that you remain dissatisfied despite these solutions. However, we stand firmly by the professionalism of our technicians and our service. With 18,000+ positive reviews on Trade Me, 200+ reviews on this page, and 50+ on Trustpilot, many of our customers have shared positive experiences that reflect our ongoing commitment to quality and fair service.
