Orderd an iphone on july23 paid by deposit in there account on july 24 called to confirm payment and know the status was told phone was being shipped on august 1st emailed complaining tjat i never received phone they replied with tracking number dated 26 of july, on august3rd contacted post office and was informd that the tracking number was created but was never brought to post office for shipping, worst service ever and still havent recrived anything

Comprei um telemóvel recondicionado com esta empresa e prestaram um péssimo serviço.
O equipamento tem a bateria em péssimas condições e sobreaquece demasiado, o que originou quebra do vidro.
Enviei para reparação uma vez que se encontrava na garantia (nem 6 meses estive com o tlm) e não aceitaram porque o vidro estava estalado, mas a quebra foi provocada pelo aquecimento do tlf.
Por fim ainda me enviaram o tlm sem a protecção de ecrã que tinha e que me custou 30€. Não fizeram nada ao tlf e ainda o enviam sem a protecção que coloquei.
Acho inadmissível este tipo de serviço pós venda.
Uma empresa a não utilizar.

Acquired an used iPad mini and have been using it for several months. I was satisfied with its initial condition (minor scratches) and was surprised by its reliability after all this time: the battery is still holding up well.
Just after a few days of my order, I received it with the appropriate charger and cable (both looking like new) all properly packaged.
