Techsoft Canceled the order after 2 days, saying they do not have item in stock, I am worried if there purpose is to collect personal information

From the beginning, Mike has always been very helpful and has responded to all my questions whenever I ask for assistance.

After searching for the disks I needed, you came through. If you had a more extensive stock, that would be my desire in the future. I'm looking for the smaller disks, 4gb, 8gb, etc. 16gb is what I had to settle for. Got them pretty quickly. A little bit more than I wanted to pay, but you had them in stock. Thanks.

There was an issue with an out of stock item. Mr Mike solved it nicely and quickly.

I love mini block builds. I found T has a vast variety of kits from all kinds of animals and birds plus so many others. The site is very easy to navigate and check out quick. My items were packaged appropriately for safe transport to me with arrival time as indicated. The items are exactly as pictured and described and so enjoyable to assemble. The instructions are clear and make assembly easy. I will probably buy more kits soon.

I want to say that I really appreciated the communication in regards to the product ordered. Letting me know that there was a delay in shipping. It arrived as promised and we love it. Works great!

I placed an order 29 Apr 2026. Item still shows that it wasn't shipped and no updated information as of 05 May 2026. I tried contacting the company and wasn't able to speak to a representative. Used the chat as it was the better option but it seemed like a bot. Canceled order and reported the charge to my credit card company. I don't recommend this vendor highly suspect!

I BOUGHT 50 sticks of 16 gb DDR5 for 4k OMGGGGGGG ITS CRAZY

I admit i was a little hesitant to order given I had not heard of the site before, but I really needed a replacement for my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and they were almost impossible to find online, so when this website had it in stock and at a really good price, I took the chance.

I'm happy to report the keyboard shipped quickly, arrived fast and was brand new in box. There were no issues and FedEx had my keyboard to me in about a week.

I would order again!

The remote didn't work, not sure if it is the remote or the candles.

They do not manage the inventory on their website. They falsely list things as in stock, allow you to place an order, then just cancel the order if they don’t have it. Are they just harvesting people’s payment data? This whole experience just made me feel really uneasy. Sketchy to say the least. I should have listened to the other reviews that had the same experience. Don’t list items that you don’t actually have, and allow people to place orders for them. It’s unethical.

I had such a great experience with Tecisoft.com! Their customer service is truly outstanding — they were quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and solved an issue I was having right away. The spinners works great for my ballerina ornaments on my tree. You can hear a soft hum coming from the motor but no big deal. For me the high cost, (shipping & exchange) was the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
