The material content is good, but the presentation deserves some improvement. There was no attractive cover on the Grammar and IELTS Writing books. The text on some diagrams/figures was slightly blurred/faint/out-of-proportion/small compared to the written text. Although, it was not explicitly stated we are left to assume that the model answers in the model answer book were band 9. The IELTS writing marking criteria was implicit rather than explicit requiring inference.
